Wow, amazing stuff! I did 90 consecutive pistol squats on my right in September 2020. But I currently can do between 40 and 50 tries. I will definitely try pistol squat jumps.

I started speedskating a few weeks ago in Kearns. I've played hockey for years. I notice you training on the Jordan River trail in some of your videos. I've been going a few times a week now on the trail & I see someone cruise by on inline speed skates that looks like they definitely know what they are doing. Thinking that might be you haha

Hey Joey! Thanks for making the channel. I watch and rewatch several of your videos. Can you make a video on therapy/injuries related to the sport? Like should my lower back hurt and be this sore? Is your lower back engaged when skating? Or is it relaxed?
These are relatively traumatic exercises for the joints, it is preferable if you are not in good physical condition to start with more basic activities, jogging, skipping rope, squats, etc.

i pulled my glutes trying these lol Joey what kinds of stretches and basic exercises can I do to prepare myself for these plyometrixs exercises??
