I LOVE Gafford’s energy! There’s a stark difference between when Gafford answers questions as opposed to P.J.
Im just glad the guy gets an opportunity to show what he can be. He's a monster around the rim, athletic, good finisher, great rebounder, and a good paint presence on defense. Exactly what they needed. Luka/Kyrie pick and rolls just got real tough to defend.

I came back to the NBA as a fan because of Doncic and have been struggling watching a player of his caliber surrounded by guys who weren't utilizing him to his fullest. What they didn't understand was that they would become even greater if they could wrap their head around his greatness. Watching the game last night, was the first time I felt like something special is about to happen with the Mavericks. This is the exact engine that this team needs.

Mavs are at least 10 deep even for PO rotation when they are healthy.
Luka, Kai, Lively, Gaf, PJW, Hardaway, Exum, Kleber, DJJ, Green...then there are already Hardy, Powell in case of any injury. You want your PO rotation down to like 9 players anyway.
