  • WONDERING WHY FRONT OFFICE AND BACK OFFICE DENTAL TEAMS NEED TO WORK TOGETHER? Watch this video clip from our dental training employee management webinar course with Laura Hatch and expert guest, Kevin Henry, founder of IgniteDA, to find out - then visit your Member’s Dashboard at Front Office Rocks to watch more of this webinar: frontofficeroc...
Our patients don’t judge us on our dentistry, they judge on how they feel when they walk out of the office! They don’t know whether you are a good dentist or not, they don’t know whether you did a great crown, a good margin, and a good shade match. They do know how they feel when they are in the office though. They know if they were greeted well if they felt comfortable if the team took great care of them!
The front office is the first and last place that your patients interact with your team, our team up front is the first and last touch with that patient and what they are going to remember as they walk out, is how they felt.
Front office to back office, receptionist, to dental assistant, to the doctor, we each play such a huge part in the overall experience our patients receive. To provide our patients with the best experience possible during their time in our office, teamwork is a MUST!
