He even included god emperor doom, who was channeling the power of the beyonders. 3 beyonder were able to no dif the living tribunal who is the High Outerversal Judge of The Multiverse. i could understand calling Base doom complex multiversal if you dont read marvel comics but everyone and their dog know God Emperor Doom is higher than that.
