    Who ever thought a 5 minute video on a wetbath could be so interesting? Well done Patrick!

    Thanks for the video! That shower is one major selling point for that camper. And it’s a cool camper to start with. The more you cover, the more I want one.

    That is a lot of stuff packed into that space, a toilet, a sink, a shower, storage, heat, lights, and even you, all while filming. Nice job. I'm always amazed how you can get so much info into a five-minute video. Thumbs up.

      It’s tough sometimes to keep these to 5 minutes....plus you know I like to talk so I really have to get to the point quickly! LOL

    I’ve been doing my research on the teardrop campers and I agree. This is the best wet bath I’ve seen thus far. I’m not sure if you know but they changed the sink and the placement of it in the newer models. It seems it is fixed and smaller now, but the new placement of it is what I’m not sure would work well. Most don’t have a sink at all so I’m glad at least they have one. Now, if they’d only change the kitchen sink which I really don’t like at all. 🤦‍♀️ I think they could’ve thought of a better design especially seeing other campers. Why they chose that design is beyond me. 🤷🏻‍♀️

    That's good to know about the ice in the black tank. Much more economical than the chemicals I have seen to clean tank sensors. Thanks!

    So luxurious! As info, we asked nuCamp if they're considering a composting toilet as an option, but they said not yet. Which would be nice for extended boondocking, and it could potentially turn the black tank into an extension of the gray tank for more capacity. As always, your vids on 400 features are the best out there! Thank you.

    • @TravelswithDelaney
      @TravelswithDelaney  6 лет назад +1

      Thank you! I would love to investigate the idea of converting the black tank into a 2nd grey tank and then adding the compost toilet.

    Excellent video Patrick. I especially liked that you stand inside the bathroom during the video so everyone can see that there is actually space to move around, move your arms, etc, while showering.
    If you can edit this video I'd like to suggest that you emphasize that the water temperature stays where you set it thanks to the Alde water heater/system.
    All those travel trailers with the Atwood heater have major problems with water temperature changing when the shower is turned off & turned back on.
    You might also consider letting us know the actual headroom height. I'm a mere 5'6" & weigh 120# so I know there is sufficient headroom for MEeee.

    The Luxurious Wetbath! (You saved the best for last, didn't you?) Yep, it's a keeper - Our LGMax shower head didn't come with an 'on/off ' switch so we upgraded (a water conservation must-have!) and no shelving (a large mesh pocket organizer serves the purpose tho).
    That bag of ice trick in toilet sloshing around to clean is a great tip! Thanks!!
    Safe travels and see you #ondowntheroad 💜

    I know you no longer have the Tab, but I noticed in this video that the shower curtain easily glides on the rail. It takes me 15 minutes to position my shower curtain because the hooks don't glide at all. What's the secret to getting the hooks to glide on the rail? I have a 2022 Tab 400 boondock. Thank you!

    Pat, I know you guys moved onto a bigger camper! Congrats! Maybe it's your teaching background but we sure enjoyed all your vids on Tab400 and sorry to see you leaving Tab400 comm. While we love all the features of Tab400 (dedicated queen bed), we are still undecided between cassette toilet on 2021 model vs. the standard one you have on your vid. What is your opinions on cassette toto? It's very confusing for me (actual day to day using of the CT) as there seems to be 50/50 ops about either of them. Thanks so much for all your vids!

    Nice bath. I've been comparing the Tab 400 to the LG Max. I'm disappointed with nuCamp that the side windows up front don't open (cute but not functional round windows) and the very small 2 way fridge in the 400 is a deal killer for me.

    Great video, Patrick! Have you noticed the place at the back of the toilet where it says, "add water here" or something like that? Is that where one pours water to add your chemical to keep the tank fresh? I have just poured water into the toilet bowel. Love watching and learning from your videos every week!

    • @TravelswithDelaney
      @TravelswithDelaney  6 лет назад

      I haven’t seen that on our toilet. I’ll have to go look later and see if we ha e that. I just put the chemical into the toilet and flush it down.

    Hi Patrick! Thank you for creating these videos. We LOVE our T@B 400 and the wet bath was a big selling point for us. Unfortunately, I am unable to take a decent shower as the water heats up for a short time and then goes cold. If I stop the flow for a moment and turn it back on, it gets up to the right temperature momentarily again. Have you had any issues with yours? Thank you!

    • @TravelswithDelaney
      @TravelswithDelaney  6 лет назад

      We had an issue with ours when we first got it. I had to adjust the hot water thermostat which is located in the outside door where you can access all of your water valves. My guess is yours may need to be adjusted as well.

    Hi Patrick. Just curious. Is there a special or certain kind of paper recommended for the RV toilet? It's hard to imagine a calamity much worse than a stopped up or overflowing RV toilet. Also, how much water is used per flush? Thanks!

    • @TravelswithDelaney
      @TravelswithDelaney  6 лет назад +1

      A lot of people buy the RV toilet paper. I have also used the Septic Safe toilet paper that we use here at home as well. You have given me an idea for a video. I think I will run some simple test here inside comparing the two types to see how they dissolve over a set period of time. Thank you for giving me that idea. As far as the amount of water to flush, you really don't need much since its not really flushing but instead just dropping down into the black tank. One key though is to make sure you put a gallon or two into the tank before using it the first time after emptying it. That way solids won't be setting on a dry black tank floor.

    • @TravelswithDelaney
      @TravelswithDelaney  4 года назад

      I don't have a specific video on the outdoor shower. If I remember right, there is a shutoff valve for the water lines running to the outdoor shower. Yours may not be fully open. Our shutoff valves were located below the wardrobe where the water pump was in our 2018 T@B 400
