Imagine if yorichi met tanjiro ancestors earlier and the fact that tanjiro ancestors were able to memorize and perform sun breathing techniques. If both of them came after muzan, they would've been able to defeat muzan

Somiyoshi is a true genius he learns it by watching yuriichi perform the 12 breathing technique and tanjiro also he combined it all Kamado family is a special one😅
it’s crazy to think that his brother also had extremely great talent and probably could have even developed to his brothers level and he developed the exact same mark as his brother which would imply that if he had tried to better himself instead of cowering and thinking less of himself because of an inferiority complex to his younger brother than he could’ve really been stronger as well, maybe that mark would allow them to live even longer than normal ones,
Yup, his brother succumbed to fear of death and jealousy, very sad with how much yoriichi actually loved his brother.
I dont know if you'll agree with this, but I want to believe that Tanjuro is the reincarnated Yorichii. I mean Yorichii only wants to have a peaceful life and a family. Somehow, God has given him this chance without having a great responsibility like in his previous life. As far as I know, most of Tanjuro's characteristics matches that of Yorichii (birth mark, can see the transparent world, kind/calm attitude). The only exception is his frail body which then again could have been a way to make him escape the same path as he had before.
My thing is, how were the demons unable to locate this family for over 400 years? They literally pass down the earrings muzan specifically told demons to look out for. It's not like they keep them hidden they flash them shits.
Muzan wasn’t looking for the Kamado family for 400 years. Yes he would hunt anyone who had the earrings but for generations the eldest Kamado held the earrings and passed down sun breathing as the ritual dance hinokami kagura.
Tanjiro’s dad was dead and tanjiro was not home when muzan attacked. Muzan was simply roaming and making people demons in hopes they would resist the sun.
The ubuyashiki (the ones with the forehead/eyes terminal disease) were the hunted family as they literally took over from yoriichi the bulk of the fight against demons, by using the sword styles he was able to teach to demon slayers as organizers/leaders of the whole campaign.
If muzan was hunting down the kamado because he had heard of the earrings he wouldn’t have left until he found them i think. On top of he would probably be curious if sun breathing was also passed down with the earrings which he didn’t and seems unaware for the most part.
Muzan saw the earrings when tanjiro detected his scent in the middle of the crowd. He did send a couple of demons after tanjiro but to me it’s weird how he didn’t go himself or send some upper moon to do the job himself. After all even muzan’s cells within Daki react in horror at the sight of the earrings so why wouldn’t he be fully committed to eliminate tanjiro is weird (maybe the cells reacted to the earrings and the sun breathing tanjiro was using.

I initially thought that Yoriichi and Kokushibo were the same person but changed names after becoming a demon and developing moon breathing after not beeing able to see the sun since he became a demon and since moonlight is just reflected sunlight so you can say it's almost the same but i hadn't considered sun breathing to be a real thing only a different technique since i remeber seeing something about the writer of the manga saying that all the fire or water that you see isn't real and only for show and effects and by using breathing it doesn't produce fire or water and only shows the flow of the sword or the power of the user.

The "Hinokami Kagura" isn't the Sun Breathing. Instead it is different from the Sun Breathing, it is actually kind of like a weaker version of the Sun breathing, with similar breathing techniques that the Sun Breathing has.

The fact that Muzan turns into a giant stupid whining demon baby is a metaphor turned reality to the extreme. I mean, Muzan searched for the flower that turned him into a demon for soooooo long but couldn't find it because it only bloomed during the day and he can't exist in the sun. The fact he never thought to hire someone to search for it during the day shows us that Muzan is, on the inside, the giant stupid whining demon baby he turns in to.

The thing is, They all acknowledged that Yoriichi MUST be the one who defeats muzan. But since he failed, Muzan would be in hiding for many years. And will never show himself. making it nigh-impossible to find him. Since Muzan lives for longer by hiding, it means more years of torment by Muzan's reign. Leading to more deaths of innocent people. And that got them pretty riled up. Even yoriichi was ashamed by it.

I've read many time people that has the theory that since Tanjiro didn't have the mark of the sun since he was born he isn't really compatible with the sun breathing, that's why he always ends up with a big drawback instead of using it naturally. Quick question if tanjiro was a sun breather yet he learnt water breathing since his master was a water breather can't anyone learn any type of breathing or learn more than one type of breathing if they are similar enough
The person’s body needs to be fit to use the breathing form. For example, shinobu is too small and weak to use most breathing styles, however insect breathing suits her. Also, it’s very inefficient as it already takes years to learn and master one technique, so trying to learn two will only wase time and make the slayer less skilled overall. Tanjiro got a pass since he’s the successor of yoriichi and was being taught sun breathing since birth. However, we see that he still isn’t a complete master of it on the level of yorrichi, so he uses water breathing as a temporary substitute sometimes
