Hello everyone!
And Welcome back to yet another Mortal Kombat 1 video!
Today with us all In aftermath of the new era, I wanted to actually talk about something thats caused quite a stir In the community, due to its very new and quite controversial change to that of the original canon, Hanzo hasashi, aka the fan beloved poster boy, Scorpion!
In this new timeline and era, much has changed In terms of character, designs as well as origins, but non more so then the Kuai Liang Hanzo dynamic, with their entire character relationship being reworked, with the origin themselves being realtered for that of the new era, thus the entire Kuai Liang vs Hanzo arc looks to be completely redone, as well as what we could potentially see with Bi Han here.
But to what degree has this all done?
Well lets discuss that In depth and talk about how these changes could effect Hanzos character, In the long run!
As It gives us a rough a idea of how much these changes will affect him moving forward, as well as maybe give us an idea of what could happen In the future going forward, with his character, the Shirai Ryu and of course, Bihan Kmoke and Kuai Liang!

They really did hanzo dirty in this 1
I could see Bi-Han surviving and remains Sub-Zero. Kuai Liang is killed, becomes Noob Saibot. Hanzo adopts mantle of Scorpion, his anger is unleashed as he seeks revenge on Bi-Han. Harumi Becomes a more fleshed out character
Never going to accept Kuai Liang as Scorpion.
I understand that Smoke and Kuai Liang are supposed to be a calming influence on Hanzo. But, the Kuai Liang / Harumi / Hanzo situation is giving Jerry Springer show ("my wife became my mother figure") combined with Batman's origin story. It's kind of weird.
I'm really not down with Hanzo being a younger character because it just makes no sense.
My slight fear is that Hanzo could be another Frost for Kuai Liang. I hope Kuai Liang ends up being a good mentor for Hanzo but when you consider Kuai Liang's history in mentoring Frost who is also known to be rash and impatient it's disconcerting.
frost still exists in the new era with bi-han in an intro with general shao waring bihan that she wants to eclipse.
I feel that maybe the Lin Kuei destroy the Shirai Ryu, turn Smoke into a cyborg to serve them, kill Kuai Liang, and kill Hanzo as well. That could lead to Hanzo’s soul going to the Neatherrealm and meeting Quan Chi and becoming the Scorpion we all know and love.
I wouldn't be surprised if Bi-Han mentors Frost and she becomes Hanzo's rival.

Lore wise; I need more information of Kuai Lang and Bi Han's dad. Cause Both of them being Sub-Zero previously makes sense; but now it only makes sense if their dad is Shoto Todoroki. How does someone 'gain' elemental powers? Even Raiden was confused in the intro bit. And Smoke's abilities are called 'magic'.

Just a theory but maybe in this timeline their dad was a pyromancer and their mother the cryomancer. Bi-Han states in one intro that his mother would applaud his actions. This could indicate that he had a closer bond with her than he did with his father. The kind of bond that would result from her teaching him how to use his powers.

I’m conflicted Kuai Laing marries Harumi since she is usually Hanzo Hasashi’s wife.
It would of made more sense if Hanzo & Bi-Han were related instead of Kuai Liang becoming Scorpion. If they of course gaved Boon service & made his poster boy of the franchise shine even more & redeemed himself then why couldn't they do it for Bi-Han too? But w.e it is what it is. Harumi getting fans all of a sudden shows how backwards this fandom is.
Just my opinion but in my eye they had just perfected the relationship of Kuai and Hanzo in MK11 two great warriors now grandmasters who had come to respect each other through common goal of defeating Quan chi combining there clans strengths to defend earthrealm and here comes MK1 to piss all on that as a scorpion main I felt like the creative team in this situation took a huge step back
I don’t understand why they are adding depth to this timeline when they are just gonna run out of ideas and reboot the timeline again next game

Hanzo’s origin was that he was killed in Mythologies & ended up in hell but he bought himself back to life through his sheer hatred & vengeance. He also chose to be an assassin in life despite his father’s warning.
They did Hanzo SO DIRTY, gave his Clan and Wife to Kuai, though I can't help but think it was ON PURPOSE. NRS probably did this so when he grows up and learn that Harumi should've been his, he will hate Liu Kang and Kuai, starting their feud all over again.
I will become Scorpion and I will slaughter Kuai Liang and I will offer smoke to join me or die.

When it was revealed that Kuai Liang was going to be scorpion, I didn't know how to feel about it. But when I got the game I realized that Hanzo never wanted to be scorpion, all he wanted was to be with his wife and son. So I was ok with the new scorpion until the arcade ending. I mean they give Kuai Liang not only his clan and made him a orphan but he lost his GIRL!!!. They did him dirty🤬🤬🤬
Ngl I got hyped with raiden’s arcade ending since I thought hanzo hasashi was back and he was an old fighter and still has his scorpion like powers but then I saw the Lin kuei endings and I got immediately disappointed

They sure did and I think it’s a twist to make Kuai Liang the new Scorpion and make Hanzo Hasashi a little orphan boy too. Plus Kaui Liang also has a wife too named Harumi Hasashi.

Hanzo never formed the Shirai Ryu, a former Lin Kuei named Takeda formed the clan originally

I think that the possible story path to Hanzo reclaiming the Scorpion name is really promising.
Bi Han cyberizes the Lin Kuei and succeeds in assassinating his younger brother and decimating the clan.
Hanzo (and maybe Smoke) survive, Hanzo taking on his master's mantle.
The main ninja rivalries then become Sub-Zero vs Smoke and Frost vs Scorpion with Kuai then becoming the new timeline's eventual Noon Saibot.
This is why I don’t get why so many ppl are angry, most of the comments I see just boil down to ppl screaming “I fear change!” There are so many different ways they can do things that stay TRUE to the character without being a copy & paste. Personally, I went a slightly different route. I see Bi-Han doing something terrible (like the cyber initiative) the Shirai-Ryu fighting him, maybe Harumi dies, that makes Hanzo kill Bi-Han ( motherly love is still love. See, different yet similar kids) That allows Bi-Han to become Noob, the Roll of Sub-Zero is now open, and everyone can just slide one chair to the right and we have our ninja love triangle all neat and tidy and back to square one. (If you still want to keep the sub-zero/scorpion feud going you could even have Hanzo mad at Kuai for not saving her, or Kuai disgusted at Hanzo for killing his brother)

It seemed lui kang tried to prevent the characters life journeys from ending up the same as it did in the previous timelines. As raiden did from the midway timeline to the NRS timeline. Lui kang tried to change a lot but the interference from titan shang tsung set them on the paths to put them in similar if not the same position as before. Please make a video comparing which did and which actually changed.
I argue that we know scorpion mostly as scorpion not hanzo as scorpion is often depicted as an alternate personality as opposed to the more tame mentality of Hanzo. Hanzo as seen in mkx and 11 is a very rational man, where scoprion is an animal
Hanzo & Scorpion aren’t different entities. Hanzo is the only undead who keeps his personality intact. Whatever he does as a spectre is representative to what he would do as a human.
*Harumi Shirai* is a perfect character to be added to the MK roster, her weapon is her personal Katana (and possibly a spear similar to Scorpion).

That part he is not my Scorpion. I see him as another want to be Scorpion but never will he be THE SCORPION. The Hellspawn that set fire to the world for the ones he love.
I'm fine that Kuai Liang is Scorpion in the new timeline, but I think its weird that he got with the person who is suppose to be Hanzo's wife and that Hanzo himself is now a a child. If they were going to reintroduce the Shirai Ryu, I would've perfered if Hanzo and Harumi are already married and have started the clan on their own, albiet it as a small one. When Scorpion and Smoke leave the Lin Kuei and come to them for shelter, they are accepted with open arms. With the experience and skill that Scorpion and Smoke possess, they propeely train the Shirai Ryu and increase their numbers to eventually rival the Lin Kuei. Throughout that time, Hanzo and Kuai became true brothers in arms, and most importantly, Hanzo still keeps his wife and family. That's honestly what I feel should've happened to make the most sense, instead of having every aspect of Classic Scoprion transferred to Kuai Liang.

Ultimate subversion Smoke and Kuai die becoming the new Noob, thus giving a new era Noob-Smoke alliance, and the lin kuei like everything else evolves into crabs, all cyberized and Bi-Han is Cyber Sub-Zero.Cyrax face turns and joins Hanzo in taking down the lin kuei. It writes itself.
Ed Boon and co. just changed the lore of the two most popular characters after their relationship was j the perfect place after mk 11. I don’t get this decision. I might skip this game.

MK1 had a missed opportunity for premiere skins. Would've been perfect for Hanzo.
It makes no sense at all that kuai Liang is scorpion the real and original scorpion is hanzo Ed boon messed up big time and that was the biggest mistake Ed boon has ever done making kuai Liang as scorpion but not hanzo and another big mistake Ed boon has done is not putting Jade in the game what a disappointment for the game
you could´ve kept the concept of the feud growing personal while keeping hanzo as scorpion if they had incorporated the narrative from Mortal Kombat Legacy, when we are told that hanzo and bi han were friends.
The shirai Ryu and Lin Kuei may have started as allies but then, as in MK1, Bi-han betrays Hanzo and Lin Kuei Principles. The rest happens just as in MK1 and Kuai-Liang and smoke join Hanzo in the Shirai Ryu.
Kuai-Liang may or may not adopt the name Sub-Zero in this version. He may do so considering that Bi-han does not deserve the name yet he may adopt the name Tundra. But l agree that Kuai Liang is better as Sub Zero than Scorpion
Making Hanzo a child while his wife & every other character that defined his story are adults is just beyond weird & yucky.
This new mk1 rivalry is just dumb & lacking in theme. Bi-Han’s betrayal feels empty & forced, & Kuai not taking chance to kill his brother immediately after beating him & allowing him to live, escape capture, & rally Lin Kuei to attack more ppl is just… illogical & bad writing. There used to be such depth in unpacking the nature of vengeance & anger, but now it’s just this boring “tradition vs ambition” with hardly any substance.

I think Bi-Han survives this timeline and never becomes Noob, in fact I think the Noob title may be destined for Kuai Liang, we will see a Noob with a completely different temperament, and a Noob/Smoke alliance makes a comeback. Hanzo will take up the Scorpion moniker as the Second Scorpion, much like Kuai became the second Sub Zero in previous timelines. My question is, is there going to be a Cyber initiative with Bi-Han still rocking about, I don't think Sektor has the balls to try this shit with Bi-Han in charge like he did with Kuai in the other timelines.

In Bi Han's tower ending on MK1 you see him starting the cyber initiative with Sektor.
@tomojw3677 Sorry I mean turning himself into a Cyber, Sektor had Kuai turned into Cyber Sub, I cannot see Bi-Han having that happen to him
Personally I see it going something like this:
The Cyber Initiative begins with Sektor building robot troopers (remember, Bi-Han said he needed a vast army. Converting his existing followers wouldn't increase their numbers). Sektor becomes convinced that turning the Lin Kuei into cyborgs is the way forwards (much like Doc Terror in Centurions- they even have the same colour scheme) but Bi-Han refuses. He's fine with robot troopers but not with turning his followers into machines. Sektor secretly transforms himself into a cyborg which erases his loyalty to Bi-Han. He then stages a coup.

I'm a little interested in female Scorpion and Harumi should become a playable character.
It's ONE thing to face her in Armageddon, but a playable female Scorpion just feels ILLEGAL....maybe if they make it a temporary GameShark cheat I'll accept it.
But Kuai Liang being the new Scorpion was PUSHING IT for me. (No matter how interesting of a concept that is)
I'd like to play as Harumi and Harumi Scorpion.

@Lucifersfather Yeah, Bi Han should have been Scorpion. His personality suits him better as Bi Han is SUPPOSED to have an edgy anti-hero personality...even though that wasn't well executed in MK1 as he came off as a villain. Sure we'd be following the whole "fire powers guy is a hothead" cliche, but it makes more sense for Bi Han to be Scorpion (Plus it's ironic since Scorpion killed him in the original timeline)

Plot twist:
Bi-Han kills Qui liang and Harumi to topple the Shirai Ryu leaving smoke and Hanzo. Hanzo loses a mother and father figure in Qui and Harumi thus causing him to develop a vengeful rage, Smoke trains him further until Hanzo surpasses him and takes over the mantel of Scorpian thus reigniting the conflict between Bi-Han and Hanzo. In the background Quan chi has harvested the soul of Qui with the promise of resurrecting Harumi and rebuilding his clan, the cost is Qui becomes noob saibot.
Also....does anyone notice how huge Onaga is?? How will he fit on screen and be able to fight.....? He's about twice the size or three times the size of The Hulk.
Making him look that big was most likely an aesthetic choice for the ending. They could keep him that big, but if they bring him to fight characters outside of cutscenes, they will shrink him to his old size or around there.
I could see him starting out huge but as hes weakened throughout the story shrinks in size to his weakened form by the boss fight.
I would like to see Bi-Han destroy the newly formed Shirai Ryu, he kills Kuai (later to be revived as Noob Saibot), Smoke gets captured and turned into Cyber Smoke, and the new Hanzo takes up the mantle of Scorpion to avenge his fallen clan and brothers. Scorpions character has always been about vengeance, I don't mind that its not over his wife, its pain to fuel his fire all the same.
That would be a repeat of the og story and I'm tired of SEEEING IT! Why can't the Shirai ryu have a story where they don't die for once?

Sad to see Satoshi Hasashi not mentioned in mk1 it only said that Hanzo only lost Harumi but not mentioning of his son in the invasion mode.
I’m not trying to kill anyone’s excitement for this game or this change but I honestly see this change as a complete downgrade from the original. It just doesn’t make sense. It’s never been established why Kuai Liang suddenly has fire powers or why he uses Japanese weaponry when he’s from China. I also see it as a giant middle finger to Hanzo Hasashi by having his whole identity and even his wife given to Sub-Zero. His grief and trauma and how he came back from the dead as a fire breathing ghost ninja made him such a compelling character to me and he was so badass because he took no sides in the MK tournament but his own. he was the Wild card of MK but that’s just gone now. It’s also not the fact that Hanzo isn’t Scorpion anymore but it also sucks that Kuai Liang isn’t Sub-Zero anymore. He was such an important character in the lore by earning the place as grandmaster of the Lin Kuei after all he’s been through like the cyber initiative and Bi-Hans Transformation into Noob Saibot but unfortunately so many plot threads were just left abandoned like saving Smoke, Bi-Han or whatever what was going on with Frost. All erased for a reboot nobody really asked for.
This is the best comment so far I hate how in the middle of mkx and through mk11 hanzo and kuai liang was starting to have a good character development going on just for hanzo to die and turn him into a kid in the new game you can say hanzo is the Spider-Man of the mk universe. Literally one of the best characters but can never catch a break smh…
I think that Bi Han will kill Kuai Liang, leading to Hanzo taking up the name Scorpion and then Kuai will come back as Noob Saibot

At least Scorpion is a codename, yet, Kuai Liang proves to be awesome as a Scorpion in his own way.
Bi-Han kills Kuai Liang. Kuai Liang becomes this time line's Noob Sabbat. Hanzo becomes Scorpion and Harumi helps complete Hanzo's training. I also think she will become grandmaster of her and Kuai Liang clan.
Also, maybe a playable character. However, I think Scorpion and Smoke will become a team and take orders from Harumi.
I'm so conflicted honestly cause like you mentioned this is probably the better version of the Sub/Scorp rivalry BUT there is so many gaps that still need to be explained involving Kuai and how he got his hell fire. If Hanzo would have been Smoke or another blood sibling that gets killed by Quan Chi, I feel like there would be less holes to fill

Which is a shame because originally as the elder Sub Zero he was a antihero on Earthrealm's side in the Midway timeline. Which is why Kuai spent his time trying to change him back but only succeeded with Smoke. Here they just made him Sektor.
Kuia was born with his power over fire instead of being granted hellfire powers while Bi-Han was born with power over ice rather than being a part of the Arktican/cryomancer race.
Kuai is gonna end up as Noob Saibot. Hanzo will have to face his teacher. OR, Kuai gets kidnapped by Subzero and becomes Cyber Scorpion! 🫠
Personally, instead of making Harumi become Kuai Liang in this game, what they should have done was establish that Kuai was married and a father by the time this game started. Regardless of what they used as his wife's name, they could then state that after Bi-Han's betrayal, that Huai began using his wife's family name, even using it as part of the name of his new clan: Shirai. Then, you reveal that his child is actually Harumi, and have her be the same age as Hanzo. With this, it would then be setup for Hanzo to have effectively become Tomas' adopted son, Kuai's adopted nephew and student (and possibly future son-in-law), and Harumi's lover (and future husband), thus making an eventual setup in the story where history repeats itself and the Lin Kuei massacre the Shirai Ryu even more impactful and tragic for Hanzo, as he will lose his father, uncle/teacher/father-in-law, and his wife. This in turn making him become Scorpion, but this time with the skills and training of both Tomas and Kuai Liang, and possibly their weapons, in addition to Harumi's katana. It would also setup for even more tragedy down the road when he then finds out that Tomas is still alive, but now is a brainwashed cyborg member of the Lin Kuei, and then encounters Noob, who instead of being Bi-Han is actually Kuai Liang.
But, since they did not go with that, then I guess we will just have to see what happens. Probably all the above, only instead of there being any romantic feelings between Hanzo and Harumi, he will view here as either a big sister, aunt, or mother. Thus, still making him lose his family, but instead of it being his wife and kid, it will be his dad, uncle and aunt/mom depending on who the writer's decide to make more into his father figure, Tomas or Kuai Liang.
If they insist on killing Kuai off so Hanzo can take the mantle (I hope they don’t), I hope Harumi survives. They’ve set up for her having stories to tell (see Kuai’s intros with Tanya) and we could get an interesting story of her and Hanzo working together. Maybe Hanzo’s rage and not thinking rationally is what ends up getting Kuai killed and on his quest for atonement, Harumi is there as an *in-person* counterweight to his anger. Whenever he starts to go to far, she is the one person that can help bring him back down to earth, this time as more of a mother figure than being the wife that gets fridged. That being said, I’d much rather see Hanzo become his own cool unique character than just default back to status quo.
Plus, if they keep the Kameo system for MK2, it means that Harumi is set up to be Hanzo’s Kameo in story fights

We gotta just have a MK talk cuz I kinda disagree with the scorpion rage thing if you think about if remember in deadly alliance they had evil,good , neutral well I feel like scorpion has always been that way as far as him wanting to kill sub zero and him chasing the Kame do goo he really hasn’t had any real goal or things of that nature. He was a ninja and a rival clan pretty typical. Other than restoring his clan as honzo he hasn’t had much goin on
I think it would be great story-wise if Kuai dies inadvertently by Bi-Han amd his choices, with him being the new Noob. Hanzo takes up the mantle as revenge while Bi-Han deals with his regret and redemption.
Remember Lui Kang changed the timeline this time. And he messed up again.
Bi-Han, Sub Zero is making a robot army.
Kuai Liang, Scorpion is making his new clan to protect earth relm.
Remember in Kuai Liang ending in MK11. He managed to make Bi-Han nice again. So if we take MK11's ending into perspective here. Bi-Han is now a nice guy. And doesn't become Noob Saibot. In this timeline I see Bi-Han becoming Noob Saibot again by taking messures into his own hands with him in charge of the clan and filled the the dark rage and the Cyber Initiative starting up. I never liked it when it was announced and I still don't like it now. I love Kuai Liang, he's the better Sub-Zero, but I don't care for him as Scorpion especially cause he was the same character in this game just with a different costume. Hanzo and Kuai are my two favorite characters and they're Scorpion and Sub-Zero to me. I love Kuai Liang I'm just not a fan of him as Scorpion and I'm not a fan of Hanzo as a kid. Also Kuai suddenly not having ice powers, I'm not a fan. I also didn't like Kuai forming the Shirai Ryu.
Also I hate when people say Kuai is worthy of the mantle of Scorpion. The name Scorpion was never a mantle, it was specifically given to Hanzo Hasashi

As much as I love the MK1 storyline I wanted it to be even longer and given us the opportunity to have more chapters about all characters. We’ve seen from the recent god of war games and just. A lot of gameplay that a longer story mode can be excused if it’s just that good. Give us more canon!

The second biggest BS in MK1, after making Raiden a weak toss away character. In my opinion is a big waste of the Scorpion title.
My thoughts on Kuai Liang being Scorpion is different but i dont mind it after watching the story mode. I do like that his story moving forward in the creation of the Shirai Ryu is somewhat similar to the first Shirai Ryu grandmaster Takeda from the other Mortal kombat lore.
I don't mind him having a love interest but not with Harumi. But someone new who's just introduced to the story. Like a woman who village was destroyed by some horrible people that Kuai Liang, Smoke and the Shirai Ryu took care of in which she joined the clan. Form a good relationship with Kuai Liang in which the two fall in love and get married.
I would have both Hanzo and Harumi as kids growing up in the Shirai Ryu where in the game story you see a lot more of their relationship grow somewhat similar to Takeda and Jacqui. That's how I would write it. But I will give the story a chance to see where this go moving forward.

Honestly would have Kuai-liang take the new name as Hanzo and Satoshi be the boy found by Smoke if they were determined to go in this path.
If I had it my way, I would have had Bihan, Kuai, Hanzo, and Smoke all have been Lin kuei, but Bihan would have been using shadow powers like his old era Noob saibot self.
Tomas could have left with Sub and Scorpion to form the Shirai-ryu, stayed with Bihan do to conflicting loyalty to the old grand master and hope to quell the fued, or even die during the story and having Satoshi take over as Smoke. You could have Tomas's ghost guide them to the boy as his replacement or bond with him in a situation similar to Noob-Smoke in the past instead of an evil Enenra. If Tomas lived, Satoshi could have been the new Tremor or a new Ninja all together under Smoke's tutelage.
Question and theory: Would Kuai Liang be the next noob, Considering we have Bi Han looking to be keeping the Sub role or or will he take the mantle of Sub and they give Bi Han the Noob roles if he dies in the war of the clans?

I still think that Hanzo my be this timelines Takeda. I know the press releases say it's Takahashi but it had also previously said that we would get Johnny Cage as a kameo and now it's Janet Cage. So Takeda could be a place holder name as well.

He's gonna get more and more OP while Sub-Zero will be reduced to turd. He already is, tbh. Sooner than later, Sub will be omitted from the roster so that Boon can now enjoy the fact that he is no longer in every numeric entry while his Scorp was missing from part 3. More popular Sub-Zero, Kuai Liang, is already turned into Scorpion so that he would no longer be a threat to Boon's favorite and, in turn, would boost Scorpion's rating in the fanbase. We're going to get yet another Scorpion - Hanzo Hasashi - as implied in Scorp's ending. In fact, why not throw in the third Scorpion as well? Like, his demonic dark side that got the life of its own. You're gonna have Scorpion popping out of every single official promo art and prop and the game is going to change its name to Scorpion Kombat. And I'm not even joking.
11:00 the reason people don’t like this is because everyone thought that Kuai is Scorpion now to let Hanzo leave in peace with his family. But this change now denied Hanzo the life he wanted, not just by giving his life to his rival, but also still made him an orphan living on the streets and struggling to survive.
It’s so messed up it be better if he had a wife and child and lived peacefully they completely changed Hanzos’ background story.

It definitely works because we’re keeping the same struggles in MK but kinda pushing them down the ladder one character.
Bi Han still leads and Kuai isn’t super hyped on how so he leaves to do his own thing, this is where we shift Bi Han to Kuai and Kuai to Hanzo.
Bi Han will stay sun zero this time but Kuai will become Noob Saibot and then Hanzo will take the Scorpion mantle (this also gives us noob smoke again)

I was confused why the made Hanzo into a kid in this, as I had thought Liu Kang would try to make Hanzo have a happy life with his family. I have a theory that Hanzo's family dying is a fixed point, so Liu Kang made him a child to not get with Harumi, so Hanzo can hopefully not go down the route of the vengeful hell wraith, like in previous timelines.

My fanfic prediction is Bi Han kills the Shirai Ryu clan and Hanzo comes back as Scorpion kills Bi Han turning him into Nood Sibot and somehow Kuai Liang will come back as Sub-Zero and correct the Lin Kuei, the timeline ultimately suffers similar fates as the old timeline just with new major threats.

I’ve been theorizing for a while that in a future title, Bi-Han kills Kuai Liang and the Shirai Ryu. Sparking Hanzo to have a full on Inigo Montoya vendetta against him.

So until this video, I figure Hanzo would just be an extra character at this point but upon watching this, it hit me that Hanzo is constantly seen in a full black attire in this game. I’m curious if the rumors of Hanzo becoming noob could turn out to be legit. And if so, I hope it’s not an evil noob like bi Han but more of just a master of shadow manipulation. I really enjoy the idea of the three and maybe even takeda in the future setting a foundation for the shirai ryu.

I really understand why *Liu Kang* made *Hanzo* be born much later than the rest of the characters. Him meeting *Harumi* is the root cause of all his misfortune & misery, so by making him be born late his destiny has been altered 🙂

Kuai Liang was and still is my favorite Sub-Zero. My problem with MK1 is that we could have gotten the Great Kung Lao, Sindel and the girls, Enenra, the ancestors of the Lin Kuei, Johnny, and Kenshi. That would have been unique and a direct follow-up to MK11 because MK11 didn't do shit to truly follow after MKX. Then again, MKX did a shit job following after MK9.
Ps hanzo rage was always a problem and makes him unlikable and in this era i hope the kuai new clan survive and harumi she needs to be a warrior and give in scorpion ending in mk 11 no matter how many times he charged history his family died so this change might save them

You know I don’t mind this Change, giving Kuai Liang’s Heart to Harumi sounds like a Good Idea has Hanzo’s Life is built on by Anger and Pain, so making him Younger than Bi-Han, Kuai Liang, Tomas, and even Harumi is the Perfect Way to Rebuild his Future in a Different Light, Ofcourse Hanzo will suffer in some Way, Shaoe, and Form Going Forward but for now he’s in a Better Place and Who Knows maybe him and Frost will have a Relationship to Extinguish the Rage in their Hearts than brought Them Major Downfalls to Previous Timelines, and Bi-Han embraces the Darkness of his Heart and tainted the Clan to a Cold Future as Heartless Machine sets Sektor as the Next Grandmaster went Bi-Han becomes a Wraith and Sektor as a Literal Machine with Quan Che Scheming, I swear I never saw Bi-Han Smile Once like he doesn’t have a Soul, plus I wouldn’t mind if Harumi became either Playable or a Kameo even.

Think of it this way we all know Hanzo is the Definitive Scorpion and it’s the Face of the Franchise, there’s no denying that, however while Death means nothing to the Franchise, Time and Age Does, MKX and MK11 made Legacy Characters Age but still have their Charm as well as 3D Game it would make it hard to keep them from future games to pass the Touch to Others, my point is NRS are Building Up Hanzo Step by Step to either be better repeat the Same Mistakes, we already explored his Tragic Backstory the same way and it might be happening Again just in a Different Direction, there’s nothing wrong with Switching the Ages of Characters, Li Mei looks to be Older and it Works just Fine and I’m curious how Master Kai will looks like, but maybe I’m taking it too serious, it’s too early to Judge this Change when we don’t know how Next Generation Characters will work this Time.
