Canelo is obviously a great fighter. Berlanga will.present some challenges for him.though. His height advantage will make Canelo adjust his punches to compensate for a taller target. In doing so he may lose punching power for having to extend more than normal. If Berlanga connects with a solid punch Canelo will go down. The question remains will he get up before the 10 count? What I see is Berlanga has nothing to lose in this fight. Canelo is protecting his legacy. If Canelo creates the proper spacing and his footwork makes it hard for Berlanga to connect with a solid punch then it will be hard for Berlanga to win by KO. If Canelo wins it will be by points. I don't see Canelo knocking out Berlanga.

Canelo is obviously a great fighter. Berlanga will.present some challenges for him.though. His height advantage will make Canelo adjust his punches to compensate for a taller target. In doing so he may lose punching power for having to extend more than normal. If Berlanga connects with a solid punch Canelo will go down. The question remains will he get up before the 10 count? What I see is Berlanga has nothing to lose in this fight. Canelo is protecting his legacy. If Canelo creates the proper spacing and his footwork makes it hard for Berlanga to connect with a solid punch then it will be hard for Berlanga to win by KO. If Canelo wins it will be by points. I don't see Canelo knocking out Berlanga.

Why the hate? Canelo is old with bad knees, a lot of miles of wear and tear plus he hasn't knocked out anybody in years, plus undersized for the division. Berlanga is the naturally bigger man and in his prime. On that note, the fight isn't great, but not bad considering Nelo is at the end of his career.

Whether people like it or not, CANELO is a businessman. He's at a point in his career where HE chooses "WHO" and "WHEN" he fights. He steers his own ship. It's not just about getting in the ring because fans want it. There's a business side that most people ignore or don't know. Canelo can care less what people want or say. I respect him for that.
