*I was watching several of your videos this morning and wantede to know what bike you were riding and this video has been very healpful in finding plrices and where they sell them~Thank you so much Brother :))*
Nice to see the updates to this bike! As I mentioned earlier, I'm really beginning to see the value of a torque sensor and that's gonna be a must-have when and if I buy another ebike.
Loved the Entro ! .....Great product revievv...clear , concise and covered every feature ..great job ( don't knovv hovv you remember all the info ) Looks like a great Ebike to have . Beautiful area for the test ride .....👍💙
Great bike and it has some awesome features, I really like the bright clear display. It looks like it is very smooth riding and stable and easy to handle, you looked like you were enjoying the ride for sure. Excellent review and video JP, thank you! 💙
I have been looking at them and was ready to purchase one until I watched a video and discovered that the original ones had serious problems with snapping handlebar stems and frames that the manufacturer didn't want anything to do with. The new model apparently hasn't had these issues addressed and they have given it more power.
Very good description of the difference between torque- and cadence-sensor. I would never buy an e-bike with cadence sensor, since I want to behave it naturally like a bicycle. So I went for the Engwe engine pro 2.0 & I'm happy with it. With the PAS-Level, you basically set the amount of tailwind, that the bike will add to your ride 🙂
Nice to know the upgrades, have rhe original Engine Pro, heavy bike, but is transportable. Only thing is 25 miles is about its range, when you are running it at top speed, e.g. average speed of 20 to 25 miles per hour, basically making it last for about 1hr 10 minutes at top speed. Not an adventure bike in that sense, its not like you can spend the day traveling on the flat. Dont be get some romantic ideas about spending time in the mountains with a picnice basket😅, no chance. But great as a commuter bike. Ive racked up 1000 miles, over the course of 6 months.
I put a 1500 watt EBay kit on a standard mountain bike. Leave the governor wire disconnected. It’ll hit 39.8 mph. Gets me off of the road and to the trail much quicker, before someone can run me over.
HI there! I bought a ENGWE Engine Pro 2.0. I have already activated the cruise control system in the advanced settings 17P = 1. However, when I’m riding the bike with the same speed for more than 10 seconds only using the accelerator without touching the breaks and pedals, when removing the accelerator the bike decreases the speed. So, the bike doesn’t turn on the cruise control mechanism. Is there anything else I should do to activate the cruise control mechanism when I’m riding the bike? Thanks!
Hi. From england here 😊. I thought the sounder was a joke. My old bike had a bell type that sounds louder then that. 😅😅😅. Mind you some of the new pedal bikes have a sound like your one.😢
It seems like the Original engine pro Is a much faster bike on throttle only reaching 30mph plus with less work involved then the engine pro 2.0 witch seems to only go 20mph on throttle only am i missing something here ?
No no no, man we want a natural feeling bike and real handle bars, hell we feel like chipmunks riding these degeraret things,or hamsters trying to Ride a damn wheel
So you'll be experiencing famous Chinese quality: screws get rusty after 4 rains, misaligned brake callipers, noise from the motor starts to appear when you're going up to the hill in 2-3 months . And speed of the bike is different depends on the battery charge. And Chinese manufacture dose not provide real numbers for power ...Zero support. But cheap and not bad as a first e-bike. But no way to buy it again )) Reply
I've had the pro for 2 years ride strictly off road trails and seasonal roads in all kinds of weather. I haven't got any rust yet, I'm sure at some point I will as would most bikes do. It's a great bike to ride.
@norme1850 mobility scooters you can't all over place, and the speed can't get that high as EBike can go 20 to 28 miles per hour plus even higher. Ebike are for LAZY PEOPLE that don't want peddle the bikes.
Aren't enough things in this world already taxed and regulated? Just because you're not a fan of something, doesn't mean it should be ruined for others... I can't speak for everyone, but I pedal mine 99% of the time. It helps you to go long distances (30 plus miles) without wearing yourself out and people who have bad legs or health issues can still get out to enjoy themselves.
@@JPVideos81 And that would be a bad thing for someone with mobility issues to get any physical activity according to michaelballsack9326. He’d hate that.
The next video we'll get back to more adventures, but if you're interested in a comfortable and powerful ride, consider this awesome ebike.
My engwe engine pro goes 29 mph throttle only, why did they limit the throttle top speed?
the bike looks so much fun have a good time on it jp :D
Different videos are ok, this IS a variety channel.
Central California watching.
Little variety is good now and then and it's still things related to my adventures.
Nice review. Looks like a really fun bike to ride.

This would of replaced my current engwe, but taking away the usb port was a deal breaker for me, but it performed flawlessly.

I did a longer ride after filming. It was too nice a day not to enjoy it.
Nicely done, well described

I have the original for over 2yrs with no issues
Yh more power less speed somehow? My engine pro does 29 mph throttle only, this only does 20 mph.
nice bike jp, a torque sensor is very good, full suspension sound nice for a comfortable ride, nice review sir

Typically I average 12-15mph so I'll get decent range, but faster definitely means less range. Still a solid comfortable ride.
got a ep-2 pro and man its a fun beast... have you tried that one , if so, any major differences?

Thanks for sharing that with us
Great bike and awesome video 🚲
Thanks! 👍
9-31 and I still waiting for the differences or updates?
Just unlock it and it will go a lot faster!
Bonjour, merci de France. par quoi changer le phare avant ? quelle model compatible svp Merci
You can buy aftermarket headlights online. You may have to manually connect the wires

I haven't tried the cruise system, but I recommend reaching out to Engwe.
Very awesome review Jay. Sadly tho way out of my price range lol.

You don't have to use it, but it's a built in feature and adding a bell is easy.

It's a trade-off with both models, but the Torque sensor is a big improvement.
needs a swan neck seatpost
I like it
Has your name all over it
It's really to bad you don't explore houses anymore
I haven't stopped, I just dont do them as often.
N.G.-Needs full speed for throttle only, not measly 20 mph. A grip throttle, not thumb throttle and a second battery. Then I'd buy 2.
No no no, man we want a natural feeling bike and real handle bars, hell we feel like chipmunks riding these degeraret things,or hamsters trying to Ride a damn wheel
Put bmx handlebars on it like I did with mine
Ok I'm opening up to the ideas

Time to start taxing and register Ebikes because they no longer bicycle. Due to they are now motorized
Tax them for what? Then also mobility scooters and motorized wheelchairs.

Wait until you are 65 or 70 years old and tell us if you are too lazy to pedal. Some people may need assistance and shouldn’t taxed extra for it.
