That actually really pissed me off. To say you find it funny to “trigger” people as a fucking psychologist. She deserves to have her license taken away for that. I mean, to blatantly disregard the trauma that other people have experienced and then make fun of it. She should not be allowed to practice psychology. Or be anywhere near a field that has to deal with peoples thoughts and emotions.
PS. I don’t think she should actually be fired/lose her license for that statement, because to an extent that would be against her first amendment, but I do think it’s cause for concern and she should be heavily scrutinized.
I was a foster mom for 7 years. I am raising 7 of the 44 kids. PTSD doesn’t need a “trigger”. It’s just always there.

Could you imagine taking 10 years of your life to get a doctorate so that you can be an HR person and think you are the best thing since sliced bread. Wait this is actually fascinating. Crying, shaking, and saying you have PTSD from poor customer service, while simultaneously finding it hilarious to make other people feel similarly. Why would she expect anyone to feel literally anything towards her but contempt? Clearly she doesn’t believe people deserve empathy when they get upset, so why is she bothering to even share this? As someone who's job is to make sure people have a ticket before they can enter the building at a movie theater, they're not "targeting" you for being a MAGA lady, it's to make sure you don't commit theft by giving someone else your band, and, during the pandemic, because anyone you gave it to wouldn't have been screened for COVID if they're entering unlawfully.
If anything, seeing someone with a MAGA mask would make me want to stay the hell away from them because they're usually more trouble than they're worth.
Friends or family members passing around a single band to get multiple people in for the price of one was the first thing I thought of when that policy came up, surprised Jake didn't bring it up since it seems like a pretty obvious issue and definitely justifies the swift response from security.

If she's that sensitive to events that she self-generates, she shouldn't be practicing or speaking professionally at this time. It's a professional expectation in the psychology field that if you're struggling with the control of mental health symptoms in this way, you should 100% be stepping down to sabbatical until you've gained better control. I certainly hope she's not seeing any patients... Hell, even for peer counseling, you should be setting your needs aside and if you're incapable of doing so, you're supposed to not take on the counsel role.
