Love Piers. Let it sink in that he’s the second strongest gym leader in the game, and he doesn’t even gigantamax. He’d probably be Leon tier if he did.
Not gonna lie, I cracked up seeing Piers singing without any voice acting. Or any vocal sound of any kind for that matter.
And it looks so wrong
Gamefreak stated that the reason for no voice acting is becausd it would be difficult to do for many languages and have a simultaneous release.
I say, why can't they just do Japanese voices and have subtitles for all other languages. As if their consumers aren't acquainted with Japanese voices. Anyways, maybe in future gens

@@techiedreyn3621 I think that'll still take too much time and money, and because of that, initial releases would be delayed to like another year or something.
I like the reveal that Team Yell was never an evil team and are just the Dark Gym Trainers and wanted to just help their city/gym get more popular because it’s not in a spot where Dynamax can happen.
It might be short for the first official Dark type Gym but the gym leader is fun and he should have had some short of voice acting and it gives me hope that there will be future dark type gyms and they will also be as fun as Piers
Everyone know that true evil in this universe is organization lead by alien invader who destroy earth thousandth year ago. They are unseen, because they are everywhere ;D
It's official, Piers is now my favourite pokemon character, his aesthetics and personality reminds me of my older bro. Also a lot of my favourite pokemon are dark types,so it's a home run.
Piers needs to meet up with Roxie from the Unova Region, so that those two can make some awesome music together

What did I say, Piers is the coolest gym trainer.
At 17:00 and Pier is immediately my favorite gym leader because of his style, evil type, and duel identity

Team Yell, Piers, and Marnie just make me happy, because of this part and onward.
They're just good people, even if Team Yell is a bit misguided.
I feel like Team Yell are less harmful then the other teams, like Magma, Skull, Rocket, etc.

Scrafty Intimidate? Centiscortch has White Smoke.
No Retreat Physical Attacking Falinks? Obstruct to Shadow Claw Obstagoon
Overdrive Toxtricity? Throat Chop Obstagoon.
And to end it off, a Double KO between Coalossal and Skuntank through Toxic and Flame Body
This battle was so Anime XD Entertaining all around 👍 Consider me Subscribed
Straight up, the most climactic battle I've ever seen. “Impressed” isn't even enough to convey my emotions, I'm downright grateful for this battle.
The thumbnail reminds me of Ibuki Mioda from Danganronpa 2 lol

Failinks is actually so good, you just need to get a better move than revenge, he has moves like Brick break, close combat or stuff like that. And no retreat is one of the best moves in competitive so it’s super good

I love it when people find out the secondary effect of Throat Chop keeps them from using sound moves

P.S. If those two female grunts have enough skill to do back handsprings, why can't the rest of Team Yell use that kind of skill to be normal cheerleaders?

heat crash won't work while dynamaxed, no weight based moves work for some reason. i think maybe they forgot to actually implement the weight of the dynamax forms into the battle system even though they do have a listed weight and height.

I had no problems whatsoever with Piers. I just kept using Cinderace's Double Kick and Pyro Ball.

You get all the good TRs from max raids, heh; kinda nerfed what gyms can give you, but the TRs always match the type of the raid, so it's pretty easy to get what you want if you're lucky enough.

So any veterans Pokemon games here i want to ask your honest opinion : Do you believe this game worth the price ?
Yes, I believe people only look at the bad side of the game, which is very minute, but overall it is a great Pokémon game. While it is not anything revolutionary like botw or Mario odyssey, but if you like Pokémon games it is a great play and I am having a lot of fun with it. However, it is very similar to a 3ds game, so 60 dollars could be too expensive for some people.
Anyone else kind of think Johne would be Piers?
