Music video by Culture Club performing It's A Miracle (2004 Digital Remaster).
Boy George is definitely on my top 10 list of best male 80's voices...
Love George boy back in the 80s I love this songs Others he song
The distinctive sound of Helen Terry in the backing vocals
Summer 1984, wow! What a time.
*HIV*
It's a miracle!
Boy George was one of a kind. He broke so many barriers. He came out to win. I love ❤️ culture club.
He's still one of a kind. :)
Well said..he sure
Boy George rocked the world most definitely
Way ahead of their time imho
Why "was"? He's still alive!
Growing up in the 80’s was a gift 😊
For real!
Yes it was!!!
We were very lucky to experience a great decade
No cell phones. So much creativity. Never happen again!
mmm in 80's was Pinochet's dictatorship. Not a happy decade
初めて見た時のボーイ・ジョージ

中学生だった僕は、ジャケットを飾っていたよ😊
This was playing at my 4th Birthday Party. Happy Days dancing with my Dad.
During the eighties, legendary bands just seemed to come out of nowhere. Culture Club were no exception.
Floppy disks, records, synthesizers, shoulder pads, the 80's! I love it!!
Abc chantal
MULLETS!! You are welcome.
… and guitars
...And cassettes, CDs, MTV (when it was actually Music Television), and record stores galore.
no smart phones oh NO what do I do lol .put the cell down and dance
It is a miracle that he still performs and he sounds terrific then and now. I love the 80's, I still listen to it everyday; it keeps me spirited and positive.....good tunes!
The Culture Club was nothing short of a miracle forty years ago. It definitely crossed all genres and generations.
For those of you who missed the 80s, you have absolutely no idea how fun of a decade it was to have grown up in!!
Yeah but this decade is just as fun. Better technology, visual effects, and reasonable music.... It's ok. LOL
+Stephen Dimmick in all honesty, it kinda does...
Nico Lord Not always. Today there's much dependency on technology. It's all about the user and a screen. In the 90 we were more free (no cell phone paranoid). We used to play board games, get out more and talk face to face. And that's coming from someone who loves technology.
The 80's would have been a lot better without Boy George in them for a start!
Elek Ekberg Who are you to say who should and shouldn't have defined the 80s if you didn't help build it yourself? ha
Culture Club and Duran Duran were my favorite bands between late 82 and early 87. Icons of the 80s!
2 of my favorites too!
Yeah not like today where no one really plays instruments in band anymore for pop songs It's all digitally made in the music studios before you even get there to lay the vocals tracks. :((
Yes same
What about Tears for Fears... Everybody wants to rule the world. Killing joke 🤣
This man had a billion dollar voice. Created his own persona and just sent it out there. And he is beloved.
Please take me BACK!!!!!
I'm Japanese. When this song became popular, i worked in the middle of Tokyo near the Imperial Palace. How Nostalgic! Now, the new emperor's throne is approaching. The new emperor's era name is Reiwa. Reiwa means beautiful peace. May the world be covered in peace!
Right back at ya bruv.
😐
@@stephaniejordan9066 what?
It's a miracle!
This song sounds a lot like pajama Jama da! From urusei yatsura.. I knew something sounded familiar
One of the songs that totally sums up the 80s , what a great time to be a teenager . Miss those years loads 😥
I love how you can hear the happiness in George’s voice!!
It's amazing he's alive and doing really well!
@E-Kat Yes, amazing, he's been through a LOT since then. And made it out better, more wonderful than before. Sadness, regrets, more wisdom. I love him.❤😂❤
boy george is one of the best singer song writers i have heard
I read these comment in envy about the 80s being so good😞
My dad died 34 me 4 so alls I remember is grief.
This song must of have some peace away from the grief.
I’m 47 and still get that fuzzing feeling when hearing this song ❤
I'm sorry about your dad. 😢
💋💜😻💜💋
So sorry, you were too young for that loss. Life isn't fair. I wish you love and good things, from now on.❤
Hugs...wishing you the best going forward.
Being a teen in the 1980s was great!
Probably my favorite CC song. Culture Club released one hit after another in 83-84. They all still sound great today.
Whenever I’m sad, angry and depressed I come back to this video. So joyous, so carefree. What classic pop music is all about. God bless the 1980’s
"Time" is a good one
as well..
Tell me about it I don't even listen to the music now a day well I'm 66
Me too! That was such a fun era! I don’t think I stressed about anything other than what color nail polish I’ll try on Saturday at the skating rink
Can you see my comment
James O'Brian..
Me too! :)
" it's America".. I think this is perhaps C&C's Best Song &Video!
I remember hearing that George sang this song in concert at my hometown (Seattle) as "IT'S AMERICA" , not "IT'S A MIRACLE".
Boy George went in and didn’t care what others thought. “This is me and my style” and then everyone followed. This is leadership.
Lawrence Taylor isn’t gay
That's why I was in awe of him in the 80s. I've always been a follower and always wanted to be a leader....I'm getting there but so is my body!!
Bowie did that before him.
@@danw1374 Nevertheless
Im 23 and i grew up obsessed with the 80’s. Imagine being able to experience all these badass songs coming out for the first time. I will forever wish i got to experience the 80s man but there’s a quote that i like “you weren’t born in the wrong era you were born to keep the old one alive” even though i most definitely was born in the wrong era i try to bring the 80s to me and keep it alive by collecting records, cassettes, vhs tapes, driving a 80s 3rd gen camaro, the cameras, the hair style, the clothes wear, i recently also bought an 80s record and cassette player set up with those big bitchin wood speakers.. just everything man.
Honestly, the 80's were a lot of fun! You reminded me of someone I worked with, he looked and seemed like a hippie from the 60's, we all loved it. Going to his house was a kick, he had a bunch of stuff in it that newly arrived in the 60's. (this was in the late 90's)
I'm getting nostalgic just listening to you!
@@GARose-kt4jc haha im guessing every job has that one guy man. everywhere i work I instantly become the 80s guy the mullet/mustache comb, the 3rd gen camaro haha and the ice cream on the cake is 2 polaroids in the back seat of my car (74 sx70 and 84 one shot). Always blaring 80s tunes some see me as some sort of a weirdo but i dont care man i love the bitchin 80s haha 🤘🏽
@@gailreed4597 nostalgic is the tip of the iceberg man haha you should see my garage. Cassettes, records, big wood speakers, posters, vhs tapes including the 1988 vhs star wars trilogy box set and hell i even got a 1986 emerson microwave. Im trying to put a couple of neon lights to really bring that nostalgic feel. One thing I absolutely love about the badass 80s record/cassette player set up is those wood speakers are LOUD man perfect for working on my classic car, working out or just grabbing a beer 🤘🏽
Well I did. "It was the best of times and the worst of times". Inflation Poverty and AIDS. but we had great action adventure and SciFi movies and MTV to distract you. I guess that was the whole point hmm?. :))
I'm 64 and loved this man's music. Let's just say he is amazing.
I am a 80's baby, I remember listening to this song when I was a little girl and it still sounds good 30 something years later👍 Love Culture Club.. 😘 Boy George Rocks😎
Thank God I lived the 80's.
When MTV actually played music videos instead of being reality shows.... I miss the 80's #mygeneration
MTV was awesome back then.
Facts. I always watched mtv baxk then. Now its garbage
Everything is so complicated now. The world is in chaos. There's so much hate in this world I miss the old days I told my kids and my grandkids what it was like back then and they have no idea of what I'm talkin about. At least we have our memories
TO BAD THEY DON'T SELL CDS OF THE EARLY YEARS OF MY MTV
When MTV WAS MTV !!!!!!!MUSIC NOT REALITY SHOWS .
Boy George ❤️ so ahead of their time in music and style! 👌🏻🔥🔥🔥
❤🎉80s forever
It sucks to have my first decade in the 1980s, I took them for granted and it never got better since.
I love boy George so much
I fell in love with Jon Moss the first time I saw him. I was 11 and he still being amazing for me ❤
George you are the BEST❤
Boy George is a legend
He's a magnificent singer indeed 😊😊
Agree
He was jailed for kidnapping and torturing a rent boy. He's a disgusting creature!
@@kelrogers8480 who cares does it matter at all? Anyways why did you even reply on my comment wasting your time plus he’s not a disgusting creature you do not have the right to call him that!
Plus he falsely imprisoned him and he didn’t mean those thing plus the guy he kidnapped was said to hack his computer or something
@@AlfieLarner18 the rent boy cared. The police cared. The public cared. I care. He's a disgusting creature. Disgusting is as disgusting does. And by God, you certainly care or you wouldn't be whinging now, would you? You're not all there, mate! Missing a few marbles. Bye bye!
Just saw Boy George perform last night and I was so happy he did this one! Great show!🙌🏼
Those 3 band members have super talents. And boy George sings.
Your joking right... who do you think wrote the songs... all the lyrics were written by George, and him & Roy hay did the music.... as usual people underestimating George’s talent and role within the band...
1983: age 14, drawing pics
2024: age 55, recently found pics.
❤ song thru the ages.
I turned 14 Feb 1980 and have to say I was blessed in so many ways to have grown up in this decade. You would have to have lived it to truly understand. Looking back now you have to think wtf happened to us in that age range?
I love this band when I was 30 and at 63 I still love the music....it still gets me moving..I am still in love with this music....:)
Same
Here here.
Yo 54 jijiji y me encanta boy George
It's a Miracle.
😌
Ahhhh how I love this album...still! And Helen Terry is one of the reasons. Always love her voice and those great vocal fills! 🎤
most underrated
The music in the 80s was superb.
BEST EVER!!!😉❤️
There will never be another decade of music like it. So glad I lived my 20s through those years. 😀😀😀
It's a miracle! 🙏
The 8os was the best...the music... The fashion... The times were AWSOME!! WISH I COULD DO it AGAIN!!!
You can never go home again.

I miss the 80's also. Fun times☺☺
My favorite Culture Club song ! I love the lyrics "Dreams are made of emotion" 😊
I am still living in the 80s and I love Boy George and Culture Club!!!!
HOW do you do it, cause I want to go back too!!
take me with you
Same here
If you don't shake it to this you don't know good music. Music feeds the soul. It allows you to let go. ❤❤❤❤❤❤ Love you George.
I love that they wrote this after their first time in LA!
Boy George was phenomenal last night in Inglewood!!
The kind of music we need in these times
what a great voice!! Boy George really rocked it with this classic 80's hit!!
I woke up with severe anxiety this morning. I wasn't sure if I could continue the fight, but this song was playing in my head. I played it for my children and explained that in the 80's it was illegal to be gay, so even looking 'different' was a rebellious act. So, I'm inspired to face my day and continue to fight for sovereignty in the way that is unique to me. Thank you to the forerunners ❤
🎉 Retro music greetings from coastal Mississippi. I still have my original vinyl albums of Culture Club. My ,what a wonderful time that was....no sexual agenda, just music.❤
É verdade!
Is True!
Welllll, the sexual agenda was very loud, in the persona of Boy George.
But, the songs were a lot less in your face.
And, artistically top notch.
I love the way the sax and trumpet blends perfectly in this song. I love it, I love this song so freaking much!!! ❤️😍
Wow just realized at 48 he was telling the media he made it!! Regardless!! Love Boy George and Kulturw Xlub
So glad I was a teenager during this time
I was a little older than you in the 80s but I think I know what you mean :))
Buena música, el Club de la Cultura, uno de mis favoritos, buena vibra en los 80's, nunca se olvidan quienes vivimos en esa época musical.
Claro que si!
It’s August 2016. And I’m with the beautiful woman of my dreams at a beautiful night at the Hollywood Bowl watching this wonderful band playing with the L.A. Philharmonic…. And the night ✨ was completely magical.
Color of by numbers, the best album
Boy George sets the innovation of the real British Punk and Pop music in the 80's in the great city of millions of talents that is LONDON.
Yes the 80s was the bomb. Loved it
These guys were so good, it's ridiculous! Long live 80's culture!!!
Magic Boy George!. Incredible band
Love the 80 best music!!!
For Those Of Some People Who Were not Born in the 80's , you have absolutely no idea how fun of a decade it was to sing and dance!!
But I Once Listened To Songs From The 80's!
talkin bout how good jon looks
They really knew how to put a song together.
Epic videos too!!!! Full out production numbers!!!!
take me back to the 80´s pls... get me out of 2019!

but I also like 2019 from September .. there is a positive change in the air even if "they" say no! 👍😎
2019! wait till 2020
Get me out of 2020. It's even worse.
I'm into 2021, but feeling into 80's. Ahhhh...
It didn't matter what his serial preference was he still stood his grounds as one of the top pop singers if all times.
The culture club never makes a song that hurts u
So glad i was a kid in the 80s.. some great tunes and times .
Roy Hay often gets undermentioned, but his arrangements and musical knowledge really made Culture Club work... I can imagine that George was a handful to deal with, especially when the band got as big as they did, but together with Mikey and Jon CC ruled the pop universe in the early 80's. This album is flawless and full of smash hits.
This is so 80s. & Still Listening in 2019.
No one cares
I've always loved 🥰 Culture Club! Boy George is so talented!!! I had this record!
Look how beautiful this man was ♥️
Boy George way ahead of his time.
Culture club forever ♥️
I love the fact I was there back when these tracks were new,
So much magic ❤❤❤
Now this is real music! It certainly beats the hell out of all the pitiful crap that gets recorded nowadays! Boy George is a legendary eighties pop music icon and he and his brilliant bandmates helped revolutionize the classic sound of that decade. How I miss the eighties.
The Culture Club is awesome!!
~Dutch
I totally agree with you! Boy George and his band-mates did help revolutionize the classic sound of that decade! To me, the 1980's was a fantastic time! So much great music everywhere and our economy in the U.S. wasn't bad. I also miss the eighties! :(
The music in the night clubs in the 80s was amazing best time ever .
Excellent 80's tune, still love it today. Helen Terry's backing vocals were delicious 😍
Can't imagine the 80s without Boy George's voice and Culture Club, they were ahead of their time with their sound and look
02:24 ..that breakdown though...funkiest pop break of the 80's
Que belleza de canciones de Boy George inolvidables.
This is my teenage years!! And culture club is one of the most popular band on that era. It's fun and i cherish all the memories back then
80er die beste Zeit. Wo ist mein Teleporter 😂😊❤
Bring back the 80s
This is my first time watching this music video. The references to their other videos really give big nostalgia to the work they've put in.
Anyone who starts to learn drums should learn a two with the simple beats of 80s. You do not need too much chops or sophistication to impress. Simple yet groovy. Give these pieces to excellent drummers you will just feel the urge to dance. Good pieces to start with Culture club, Duran Duran, Phil Collins, Michael Jackson and Sting.
whenever someone says its a miracle,i say, and dreams are made of emotions, and i really think thats true, dreams are so random, thanks george
BOY GEORGE, EL REY DEL POP ☝️😜 🇨🇱

Boy George is a woman pretending to be a gay man who is pretending to be a woman

"It's a Miracle" is the fifth and final single from new wave band Culture Club's 1983 Colour by Numbers album. (released 16 March 1984 in UK/May 12, 1984 in US). The song became the group's sixth top-five hit on the UK Singles Chart, peaking at number four. It reached number thirteen on the Billboard Hot 100, and hit the top five in Canada. It was the band's first US release to miss the Top 10; however, the song still received considerable airplay there during the summer of 1984. Also, the song reached number eight on the U.S. Adult Contemporary chart.
Welcome Back.. And yes we miss you too ❤❤🫠😘😎🤣
