Hi Michael, Have really missed your vids recently. Best in-programme animations I have seen.
Just one addition to your Gift List. Get a complete extra build plate for whatever model printer your "Resin-ista" likes to cook with. Having a spare plate means while plate A is being washed etc, Plate B is back in the printer supporting the next print. Helps workflow and allows for the plate and print to be properly cleaned, and dried, before slicing the print off. Look forward to your new vids. Happy Holidays

Hey Michael, Would you recommend getting a flexible print surface for an Elegoo Mars 2 Pro? I just got one and I’m wondering if I need one on that size of build plate.
Hi Robert. Yeah you might want to get one. It just makes it a lot easier to remove stuff from the plate. This should be the one for the mars pro 2. The double gives you 2 flex plates and one magnetic plate. Follow the instrucitons on their site. You want to clean the plate good and give it a good flat sanding so that it will adhere good. Then after putting on the 3m magnetic plate make sure to wait a day to use it. bit.ly/3da04ct

Just heating the plate is enough for 99% of the (flat) print i do with the mars2pro

There were also politics and evil corporations. I'd be happy to see the original again. But if they did remake it Matt Frewer could still play Max and they'd have to still do it as a mask/costume and not CG it.... ahhhh they'd probably ruin it.

Quick question. Not many places have the Elegoo Saturn S size of 204x129 metal plates. if I buy a 202x128 plate (slightly smaller) is that okay still?
Of those resins you mentioned, which one would you recommed for not-that-brittle and detailed miniatures ?
I think the conjure brand. I’ve also done some mixing of a. Cheaper resin with some siraya blu clear to make something less brittle.
You still into printing, last video was posted 6 months ago! I'm looking into getting a 3d pinter and doing tons of research, any ideas of what types are good for resin printing, I've seen the filament printing and yeah I'm not sure if I'm a fan lol.
Just watched the end, I missed the last part about the printers but this was 9 months ago and things change rapidly now a days so still asking lol

It would be nice to see a resin printer manufacturer to make a resin printer with a build volume of 300mm X 300mm X 300mm for the home printer along with a wash & cure machines to compete against the normal filament printers.
There are some really large prints out there. The Phrozen Sonic Mega 8k is 330 x 185 x 400
