West Indies used to have such a huge and passionate crowd earlier. It's sad to see empty stadiums these days.
I will always blame the west indies selection board... so corrupted... we still love the game but it's TRUE we lost that passion... I would see my dad crying after a win it was so special for my to see that party of my father....

We Caribbean people still have passion for our game, it's the politics and misuse of young talented players we can't stand.
For a long period WI didn't have players with the ability to sell out a stadium but the squad is growing now with the likes of pooran n hetty n with polly back etc. Still have a long way to go

Well narine had a better temperament to hit the boundaries compared to that of Dravid. In simple words narine was more attacking than rahul.
Dravid can’t switch to that gear though ... hitting four fours of the last over in an odi

Chanderpaul is an underrated gem..be it limited overs or test matches he plays well under pressure.. inspiring to see him coming at the end and playing sweeps to a fast bowler, incredible..he is a 360 player 10-15 years back itself..the other player i remember is Douglas marrilier in Zimbabwe who single handedly played 360 shots to beat India, what a player..good old memories 👍

Took my own day off from work and didn't regret it at all.
It was pandemonium after Chanderpaul hit that six to win the match, a great team effort and I remember a quick boost from Bravo in the middle order helped the run rate as well.
It's a great experience to watch match between gentlemen's' teams. Winning or Losing they accepts fairly, preserving sportsmanship.
Lots of love and respects to West Indies and New Zealand cricket teams.

Chaderpaul was a rare all-in-one package for WI for many many years. He could be as aggressive as Lara or Hooper, but at the same time can be an Adams or Dravid depending on the situation. What a valuable player he was to WI. A class of his own and incomparable in many ways.

The west indies need to get dismantled because their board is corrupt and the local players don't care much since it's not a country. They would rather play for Jamaica or T&T for nothing. It's easier for the players to represent their countries that way and it's a win win since cricket would get 10 more countries.
