Baal,a provincial god,eh? I think the quote was a reference to the rivalry between the Greco-Romans and Phoenicians,or more specifically, the ancient Carthage. As far as I know,Greeks had some negative bias toward Phoenicians, while Rome and Carthage actually had war, with Rome managed to conquer Carthage in the end. The chief god of Carthaginian pantheon was Baal Hammon. Who was believed to receive child sacrifice. However, the god was also identified with Greek Cronus or Roman Saturnus. Also,I think the title for Saturnus' side quest was something that I might see in Elden Ring or Dark Souls.
Saturnus: Hey could you go kill my son? Young Man: Well i beat him Saturnus: Say, would you like to be my new son? Nahobino: Nah Saturnus: Ok now i'll eat you since you're my son now Young Man: Bruh
And to think, this is just the Roman VERSION of Cronus. An aspect that acts like the real deal, as if he weren't fully available. Makes me feel like Cronus is somehow deader than dead. ...And wants to come back from death beyond death. With potential for Fiend status.

Baal Hammon is also Moloch
If you actually have Zeus in your stock when you beat him, he'll pop up and have some parting words after the boss fight as well.
Like if you have Yoshisune when you face Masakado they talk to each other
Saturnus: Hey could you go kill my son?
Young Man: Well i beat him
Saturnus: Say, would you like to be my new son?
Nahobino: Nah

Knowing Greek lore, I knew we were on the menu when Saturnus adopted us.

Why I can't do this quest? It's not spawning on my map. Does anyone know what can I do?
Are you doing cannon of creation?
@@lemonhead9978 Yup! I finished Canon of Creation today and started Canon of Vengeance. Why? Or is it like, Canon of Vengeance-exclusive or something?
