I used to know this girl who said she could relate to me but she had all of these friends she could turn to for support, 8 months later she is suddenly feeling great for herself and says I'm too depressing and bring her down. It's like she has completely just let me in the dust when she used to tell me she saw me like family. People don't know what true loneliness is when you literally get zero messages, and have only a few contacts on your phone that never even talk to you. I could not use my phone for weeks and it would make little difference. Nobody would be missing me.

I'm being honest I don't understand the loneliness epidemic you can get married have three kids and everyone can be around you when you die you're still alone I hate to say it's not an epidemic loneliness is an epidemic of self-hatred most people seem to hate themselves or be incapable of hanging around themselves so much that if a couple of days go by without them having a person or something to take them away from themselves it's like to have to look in the mirror at that horrifying monster that they are or think they are so it's easier just to distract themselves with other people it's one of the weirdest f****** things of the modern age what do I remember when quarantine started I think I went I want to see a month month and a half without seeing a person when I went to go see my friends again we have like a get together in the park I thought the only one who hadn't gone stir crazy everyone else seem visibly shaken up by the idea that they couldn't go outside I was like I just worked on some s*** made a RUclips channel been working out read some books and then I can't help and wonder how much social media factors into this I don't use that s*** I can only imagine a month of look at Instagram with people outside and you're like I'm not outside I just feel like the fact that a human being can't seem to go a week or two alone is viewed as a normal thing that's not normal that's extraordinarily dangerous

I'm going through a phase where I just get depressed out of no where and during my hard time i have no one to talk to not even my girlfriend i feel like things won't go for me as planned and she might drift apart from me , but i still hope I'll get better with time . Thanks for this amazing vid
