I have never been to NYC or New Jersey, but these urban exploration ( archaeology?) videos are fun to watch. The WPA did loads of construction in the '30s, all across the country, and a lot of it is still around and in use .
Cripers what a mess. NJ has some of the highest taxes in the US. It's obvious where it's not being used. Geez. As always, I enjoy a crazeenydriver field trip,. Especially in an area I won't go, but still finds it interesting to see. Thank you Joe, for another informative video and the usual humor. 😂 Hope you have a wonderful week.
Appreciate the effort you took to bring this video to all of us viewers...Been a while. Good to see some content from you..What a disgrace the infrastructure is in our country..
Hi Joe, I was just thinking today I hadn't seen a new exploration video from you in a while 😀. The roads here in Edinburgh are probably worse than the roads there. Keep doing these videos, they're great. Take care, regards from Scotland.
It would have been nice if whoever dumped that asphalt instead used it to patch those tire-busting potholes! Interesting video, got you away from ebay for a few hours!
I'm from the south and I work all over America. I always go see the historical parts of each city. I saw H H Holmes murder castle site..dont recommend it unless you wanna get stabbed. Ive never been to NY..so I love these types of videos. I liked the Henry Hudson bathroom video.new sub
Thank you very much for the tour Joe. Just out of curiosity, do you ever call the Government Agencies responsible for rebuilding road and bridges to report your findings? Or just areas you reported on just became an eye sore with no chance of rebuilding? Joe, what happened to your Fox News Cup?
During the Covid panic, all government offices simply stopped answering their phones. I pictured them having big parties, with hats, champagne, conga lines.
Now I see why you need steel wheels for a new car. The potholes will ruin the alloy wheels on new cars. The TV news here says the Northeast is experiencing a snow draught. If you go about another 2 weeks without snow that will be a record.
Where does the tax money or toll money go? The state of New Jersey should have the money to fix roads, bridges, and what ever else from all the money the state steals from it's citizens.

Philip Roth’s descriptions of the old Jewish cemetery (& other things) got me fascinated by the place.
These cities pocket the ticket money and don't Repair the roads...No different than in Cleveland....

And thank god for that! Global warming actually doesn't sound too bad tbh. Now if it were global cooling then I'd be out in the streets protesting!
Jesus on the cross in Brooklyn..Joe you can't asphalt over an expansion joint...

Tag-art at 10:05-16 is pretty good. Too bad those kids can't apply their obvious talents to a more productive end. Thanks.
They just began repaving this bridge. Don't worry, plenty of other opportunities in Newark to bend your rims and explode your tires.

I cross this bridge often and it should be demolished it is beyond repair but who's responsible for the repairs
ive driven over this a million times, worst road ever.
Enjoyed your video, but NJ is a dump.
