People who kite tanks are heroes. At EndWar this year (my first ever HvZ), I ended up in a mission group with OoD, Beret, and the couple from Silverfox Industries. I picked up on their terms and tactics since they were used to playing together, and I just used their style. That adaptability helps.
Can you do a video whith each tipe of role example what weapons and/or tactics woud be the best for the scout or the assault ... tell me if you like this idea love ur vids bye
Hey Cap, it's been a while but I just want to thank you for printing out my X-Barrel (the barrel on the Stryfe featured in the thumbnail). Annoyingly I recently lost the files so who knows, maybe I'll have to do a version 3.
Hey Cap. Will the squad tactics for HvZ in next episode, be some of the same tactics you would recommend for CQB squad play: Stacking on doors, communication, "breaching", clearing rooms, moving as a group and stuff like that? And also, sorry you had to re-upload this video. Anybody can make mistakes. We a just humans.... Unless you have been tagged and are a zombie by now.... :D
By the way, is there a link to the cloth 18 round mag holders you showed? The ones that hold 6 mags a piece. Cut the straps off and a use a couple carabiners and they can affixed to most molle backpacks quite well
If you can make it work, go for it. But I suspect it will have a slow rate of fire, poor range and accuracy under stressful situations, ammo is scarce and hard to carry much of.
Actually, the Vulcan predates the Raider. When the Vulcan was released it was advertised as having the highest capacity and the Raider was teased in the Nerf N-Strike game for the Wii pre-2009, but without the 35-dart drum. And I had already gotten a Vulcan before the Raider was released. In fact, the Stampede came out just a little bit after the Raider too, if memory serves.
Lol the amount of people that got turned at endwar because they just cut and ran for no reason was ridiculous, looking forward to your input on squad tactics I know its perhaps taking the game too seriously but that can be surprisingly fun itself.
People are panicky creatures. Holding the line against a charging enemy is another thing that has to be drilled into you. That or how to properly execute a fighting withdrawal. I agree, it does press the line of taking it too seriously but only if you get bent out of shape if you get tagged. It is possible to put forth a strong effort and still lose with grace.
Captain Xavier I'd love to know if you can do a solo video on the long strike cs-6 because my long strike is absolutely terrible as stock and I'd love to know how to mod it with household items because budget is non-existent
What do you think of "thematic loadouts?" Like how I want to do a "wizard loadout" and a "gamer-paladin loadout" and similar. I'll have primaries, secondaries, specials, etc... but keyed to a different theme.
Go for it! I have played in HvZ's that were magic themed (Zombies created by a Necromancer rather than a virus) and it was really fun. We considered slowly adding more and more medieval armor to our tactical gear as the game progressed but decided it was unsafe. (imagine if some poor Zombie tripped and went face first into a steal breastplate...)
It would depend on the location. While a wagon or a stretcher would allow you to haul a great deal more equipment it would slow you down and limit your access to some locations (imagine trying to move a wagon or a stretcher up a staircase)
Hey, Cap, got a question. I’m doing a stryfe mod/integration. More simply put, I’m making a bull pup stryfe without a kit. I have all the ideas planned out, but their is one thing I still need. I need a way to connect the new trigger to the front of the stryfe. I want to know what matter would you use to connect two shell pieces. I do know of smooth cast 65D. But do you know of any other similar materials more accessible that could be purchased at a common hardware store or the like. Thanks in advance!!! Please get back to me as soon as possible
captain xavier can you do a build a boter from warhammer 40k i bin dreming of it for a long time i hop you git this you will git you will git to keep it
Captain Xavier Good tips, Cap'n. Talks on squad tactics rarely involve equipment, usually it's more about communication and movement. On an unrelated note, have you seen the new Light Grenade that LightTake has? m.lightake.com/p/LED-Frequency-Bright-Cool-Stun-Grenade-with-Battery-for-Nerf-Water-Beads-Blaster-Tactics_2447565.html Sorry the link is so long... They really drag out the names on their site, lol.

homelee665 cool
Tactics are definitely useful, my last hvz i lucked out and had a handful of prior service and b myself being active army, it turned out beautifully.

Jacob Sörensen he is an npx normally
Npc
Tucker Haven I know! ;-) But that did not fit in with the joke :D
I thought it was a great joke. Very topical and well executed! :D
Those intro’s are getting better each time😂
yup XD
Love your videos by the way captain Xavier, keep up the good work!
in theory you could use a Caliburn as long as you use k31. it lowers your fps to 110. some HVZ games would allow that.
intresting vid, awesome as always.
I agree the intros are awesome
I only subscribed a few weeks ago, but I'm very glad I did, :D

What about bow and arrows?

I was guessing of vague memory, I could not be bothered to look it up.
Woo hoo! Squad tactics! Looking forward to that video.
Next video must be for peeps like me, the lone wolf tactical dude
Is there a blaster that you believe can be reached chambered? Relatively easily to except socks is a springer? That is relatively cheap. Under $50.
Maybe a Dog Ball launcher.
@@CaptainXavier after doing some research that would work wonderfully. Thanks! Do you think a long strike barrel would work for the mounting?
Probably.
Excellent video! Bangarang

This probably would also work with other gamemodes too.
YAY SQUAD TACTICS NEXT!!!!!!!!! Cover your sectors of fire humans!
Not for HVZ but you should make a double barrel shot gun with 2 ( i for get what they are call but it has a internal magazine that can hold 3 shots)
Nice Kriss SMG stryfe
Its 2:15 AM by the way XD
I wondered why it ended so abruptly the first time.
For a side arm I use duel barricades or a recon mk2
Good options. My first side arm was a barricade.
When you do the next goodwill hunt will you look out for a rapidstrike please
If I see another one I might grab it. I currently have plenty of them though so I will probably leave it for the next person honestly.
Seems very useful stuff, thank you.

My good friend Diana Lester, from Montana State University, when she plays humans, says she is a sock ninja when she plays a human.
Hey, are you currently accepting commis-*BLACK BAGGED*
XD

For squads would you think it would be a good idea to have say a movable base kinda thing like a amo hideout or food and drink thing
It would depend on the location. While a wagon or a stretcher would allow you to haul a great deal more equipment it would slow you down and limit your access to some locations (imagine trying to move a wagon or a stretcher up a staircase)
Captain Xavier so true that would be hard

My advice...go to your local hardware store and check the "adhesives" aisle. Look for things that "bond plastic."
Where is the mag holder/bag from? I don't recall that from a loot video but it looks nice.
Ken NERF
No, this is the off brand version. I like it better than Nerfs. I thought I featured it in a loot video...
I always carry socks on me. 2 on my feet
cap did you do it again finding a blaster that hasnt hit the shelves ?? i wish i had good will stores over hear let alone what evere ones you have
Matsasin it’s actually already out
Matsasin what are you talking about?
The promethious is on amazon along with some of the other new blasters
really ok well i havnt seen it in northern ireland and was in looking through shops just the other day
Can Eir shoot socks? Like a mini t-shirt cannon
Yes...about 5 feet
@@CaptainXavier well, at least you tried
I wonder what he'd recommend for cross eyed dominant players...
Learn to instinctively aim your blaster.
BTW do you know if a Retaliators internal size could fit in a longstrike?
With enough epoxy anything will fit in anything else. Will it fit easily? No.
when you run EIR, what underslung attachments for her do you usually carry on you? i can imagine you won't be carrying all of them at the same time
I carry 3 usually. Single elite/Demolisher Rocket , single Mega, 5rd Shotgun
"stryfle" is soo much better than rifle
Good vid but how can I find HvZ near me? I wanna do one
Google it. Or ask the nearest college Club Coordinator if they have an HvZ club.
What is the purpose of the reupload? ;)
JK, love the videos
What if a zombie has to be shot with a rival round
...then shoot them with a Rival round...
Captain, how do you feel about HPA and CO2 nerf blasters? Also, do you allow them in the wars you attend?
HPA/CO2 semi/full auto blasters that is
Endwar i know does not. However by watching brets loadout vids cap. X walcom and breta local war does
We allow HPA (as long as it is still under our FPS limit) no one locally have tried CO2.
Captain Xavier what is your FPS limit? I need to know so I can tailor my designs to allow players to actually field the blasters I plan to build.
captain xavier can you do a build a boter from warhammer 40k i bin dreming of it for a long time i hop you git this you will git
you will git to keep it
How can i submit pics of my blaster to you through my phone
YOu should be able to email through your phone. Address is in the description.
Do you have any recommendations for cheaper mega ammo?
Lightake has their Mega Accufakes now. They are the only ones worth buying other than actual Mega Darts.
Captain Xavier Good tips, Cap'n. Talks on squad tactics rarely involve equipment, usually it's more about communication and movement.
On an unrelated note, have you seen the new Light Grenade that LightTake has?
m.lightake.com/p/LED-Frequency-Bright-Cool-Stun-Grenade-with-Battery-for-Nerf-Water-Beads-Blaster-Tactics_2447565.html
Sorry the link is so long... They really drag out the names on their site, lol.
Where can I get one of those magazine holders? I just got into this and i'm having a hell of a time with milsurp.
Duane Young which one?
Lol your loadout Can compete with 2 squads
Socks, so you can kill an NPC.
where did you get a promethus
Amazon
can you send me a link
www.amazon.com
f u
does every thing dude hey, I am not your secretary. Go to Amazon and type in "Nerf Prometheus" youself... ;P
Are you talking real military and training?
Not that extreme or thorough but the concepts are drawn from that, yes.
Captain Xavier I suppose that I will have some research to do, then.
The ONE GUY that disliked this video. Shame on him😒😤
Wow, 6.8k and no dislikes? Rare.
Why did you shoot me cap? Why?
I shoot a lot of people...who are you?
Pls no kill me good boiz
You are up early
Lol I'm good for reloading on a gun range cause I'm known for reloading a 32 round glock may in like 4 seconds
Blake Lipker With a speed loader?
Lol I never owned a speed loader I've always done it by hand
if I was in a squad, my main job would either be light/Ammo holder. I feel that I'm pretty decent at refilling clipazines.
Super early
So.. this is fucking casual too your standard
No, the previous Commentaries was for casual players. This video is for the more serious players.
Captian, sorry about the dumb comment I have deleted so no one else has to see my stupidity
