SAMSUNG FRIDGE: ( FASTEST) HOW TO LOCK/UNLOCK ICE & WATER DISPENSER

Today I'm going to share a trick to lock/unlock the Ice & Water dispenser faster than using the Bixby on the Samsung fridge. It's just 1 button press compared to 2 button presses on the Bixby control panel.
In this video, I'll be using my Samsung French door fridge as a demonstration of this trick or shortcut.

This worked for me initially, got one round of ice but no more. I have tried doing the same thing again and also turning the ice maker on and off. Do you have a video for this particular Samsung frig that addresses this problem?

Is yours a different model? It should work making ice all the time. If no ice, check the ice tray if the ice are all frozen together.

Thanks for the quick response. I realized that when I was initially trying to fix it, I had pushed the power button on the actual ice maker. That turned it off. I pushed it again tonight which turned it back on and we have ice again. I like this fridge but it has a lot of confusing things.

I think there's a timer to lock the display after 30 seconds or so.

You probably got it by now. But you have to hold the cup dispenser button and hold the button for 3 seconds. Then it makes a sound.
