You need to know the address of the module monitoring the waterflow. There is no easy way to determine that unless you have good as built drawings. If you can locate the address then you go to main menu, disable, device, and enter the address P0x C0x D0xxx and then the password which should be 2222

A printer or computer may be connected to the panel through the RS232 port. It's a bit of a process, but is described in the manual

Not possible. Horn strobe volume is set at the device. Usually hi-med-low. Speaker strobe volume is set via a wattage tap.
Ryan is correct, code does not allow for dynamic volume adjustment.
