Loved your hair. For my thick curly hair Curlvana's Hair Care Range suited well. It is CG friendly and free from chemicals. From this range's styling gel is too good. Without this I can't manage my hair + it adds good definition to the curls. It is budget friendly too. You can also try this.
A healthy hair care routine with weekly hair masks will help your hair to stay strong. Instead of hair growth, it's better to focus on the hair you already have. If they stay healthy when they grow, they will not split and you wouldn't have to cut them. I have not seen a split end in my hair for 5 years because I moisturize my hair with a hair mask and also I use products like leave in conditioners which allow them to stay hydrated and not dry up and split.

I used dove shampoo but it's makes my hair so dry ,frizzy and hairfall OMG there is so much hairfall i am still suffering with it I don't know why it's doesn't work for me i am currently using mamaearth shampoo which is doing quite great

Both shampoo and conditioner have silicones, i cannot use silicone based products on my hair as it makes them limp and go really straight
