    Great point about tightness in lower back. My spine articulation is traditionally very stiff.

    Great tutorial, but I have even more questions about the up stretch now 😂. Questioning myself now if I’ve been doing it wrong. Can’t wait until you get the depth tutorial on the actual up stretch

      Hi Personal, I am finding more and more the same pitfalls I have in all my exercises, I have in the Up Stretch too. So we will be refining the exercise for sure, but all your previous work on the Up Stretch has brought you to this point. I am having a good time working on this exercise and I am excited to eventually share what I find with all of you. Thanks for your patience. Pilates is hard LOL
