I feel your frustration. I understand the principle, however they will not admit to be in the wrong especially knowing your are taking it to youtube. Are you right? Absolutely, just take the money if you are happy state your piece with them. You will not get admission or an apology.
I have bought a diver from ebay, they authenticity team openned it, did not close it properly. I have received it with a loose case back. Sent it back, they tightened the case back but refused to pressure on condensation test as they do not guarantee water resistance. The watch was a year old 200m diver and was bought with the purpose of using it as such. They did not accept returns due to this, now I have to send it off to tudor for a £400 service should I wish it to be re sealed.
Good honest info Bren. Calling those crooks out. I’ve dealt with them a lot. Their offers are insulting, I’ve dealt with an even worse twat there than you called out… HH. He was useless. I use WF like auto trader. Look at the watches and if it’s for sale with one of their partners, go direct and cut WF out…

Brendan, As we both know this is common practice with a number of dealers including those guys up north and Paul Thorpe’s mate at BQ watches. I sold a brand new never worn Rolex Explorer to BQ and guess what it needed a polish. Don’t think so. Bandits indeed
Don't forget all the links removed when you try to buy. In my experience they all sell with links missing, alleging it was sold to them like that (BS!!!!!!). I never close the deal without getting the links recovered.
I got my omega sea master from watch finder in 5 years time it's service be going to omega no one else mate

I'm glad you stuck to selling it off at a loss. If you have taken it back, wonder what else they would have done with it. Maybe inside the watch might have changed or damaged the movement?

got my 39mm with the white dial on the 3-link "Bader" bracelet watch on MaMaCoo 3 weeks ago and am loving it to pieces. Absolute fantastic watch that wears super comfortable on my 6.75 inch wrist. Chose the 3-link over the 5-link bracelet for the toolless quick adjustment. Way more comfortable than my Longines Hydroconquest 41 mm.

I have dealt with this company years ago and yep needs polishing as standard with this company with a mint watch going back 15 years ago my guess nothing has changed since I sold them my watch,the only good thing I got a good price for my watch so I let it go.
It just gets worse. I saw you first video on this situation and sorry to see they are being really shit about this. I've done business with watchfinder and for the most part my experience has been fine. That being said I've never trusted sending a watch to a company for sale. I would always recommend going in person and having an inspection report of the watches physical condition done in person and on company grounds. At this point they should just give you back the £150 and call it a day. Watchfinder will no longer have my future business because this is the last thing I want to deal with. Hope they come to a better resolution soon.
