I would have kept the small spring in it and gotten rid of the outside one. I have some of those shocks, think I will set them up like my DL see how they do.
This is my first RC Truck so cool. Looking forward to doing this mod. The inner spring delete seems like it will give more range on the shock. Will the 20% overdrive will wear out the drive train on trail runs?

You could always mount your servo on the bottom of where it's currently mounted, lowers your steering arm and let's your front end droop more
