I have heard that we can make this with mix of hesaru and thogari bele . And with whole grains added like alasande also. I don’t know how they will be as I haven’t tried. I would appreciate if you or any of your fans who has tried them can share their experience. We usually eat nuchchunde with ghee and coconut chutney or with plain curds. It was very interesting to learn about your third way, unde huli. Thank you.

Hi Raghavendra, this depends on the steamer. But around 8 to 10 minutes in general will be ok .. you can also check by cutting one open and checking if it's still raw in the middle .. I hope that helps ☺️

Good presentation , You can add jeera while grinding. Shunti bajji is a great combination with this
