I’m so ready for Spring! Here in lower Michigan this last Winter was quite severe. The lowest temperature was -15 degrees with -40 wind chill. We’ve had lots of snow. Growing up in Texas my beloved grandmother always said that a sure sign of Spring was when robins gathered. I absolutely love to hear birds chirping and singing. To me it’s one of the most beautiful sounds. Right up there with church bells or a child’s laughter. Thank you for sharing these great ideas. 🌹😊🌸

I had no idea that there were so many ways. Another lady showed how to make a stencil using contact paper. Thanks so much for taking the time to share all these techniques with us!! It was 71 and sunny here in Arkansas today so spring has arrived and is here to stay.

I used to do the technique with the carbon paper when I did a lot of wood burning. I love the market sign you stenciled. The distressing on the wood is just right for the weather beaten look.

Hi Mary we sleep all winter with our bedroom window open, the first sign of spring here in Michigan for me is the sounds of robins singing at 3 am it's an amazing song they sing so long b4 the sun comes up. I was born and raised in a tiny rural mid ohio town, as a child I didn't remember the robins up b4 day break, had to milk the cows b4 school lol so I was up way b4 dawn. I love spring everything starts to wake up from sleeping all winter it's rebirth to me. Tfs all ur turtoral love each one, can't wait to come back home latter this week, I miss spring time in ohio!!! God Bless

This week the birds brought tears of joy to my eyes...thank you for sharing your joy. Hi from Belgium, Mary. Spring is here!! Whoop! Plenty of fresh green bursting forth, violets in the lawn 😲😄..(not the plan but I guess stray seeds from last year...a colourful blanket) and daffodils standing proud. What a difference a couple of mild days can do. 🐣🌱🌿🌷🌺 I've also sown some marigolds and sweet peas inside. I don't really have green fingers, tho'. Anyway, this again was a wonderful video. So many styles and techniques to try. Thank you! If I don't check in anymore before Easter, I wish you every blessing celebrating the fact that the grave couldn't Jesus, our Saviour! He is risen indeed!!. I thank Him for the talents you have and that you love to share it all with us. You're an excellent and natural teacher!! God bless you and yours! Love, Isobel xx

Hi, I live in the UK, it’s now February 18 2021 and I just love it when the daffodils come up in my garden and in fact everywhere!! I forget where I’ve dug in last years bulbs so it’s always a surprise when they and tulips, snowdrops, appear outside. I love to see the parent birds coming to get grasses from my pond to make their nests and getting food for their young. Love your videos so inspiring

Thank you - I appreciate these tutorials. I hope to get started on stuff as soon as we move. One of my favorite signs of Spring are the birds coming back and singing their song. We also get peepers here too. I have Snow Drops blooming and my Hellebores are starting to show their buds. The renewal we have in Spring reminds me of the new life we have in HIM.

Yes, I live in Upstate NY. Serious case of spring fever! I bought the cameo based on your videos. Got to say I love it! Thanks for the videos. Another method to try is modge podge for anyone who doesn't have a cutter. Reverse image and print to a laser printer. Then apply modge podge to the image and place on your wood or whatever you want to apply it to. Let sit for 24 hours and then gently use a wash cloth to remove the excess paper. I have done it several times. Takes a gentle hand but works great!!

Furthermore about spring in the Netherlands: oh yes I love this time of the year, it’s a new beginning of everything.
Love to hear the birds sing, the first flowers, leafs and vegetables coming out of the ground. The last month we had very nice weather with a lot of sun. And in this time of home staying I appreciate it soooooooooo much.

I’m here in South Carolina and I love walking down by our creek that runs through the property. I always look forward to our hummingbirds coming. I document each year and the first one showed up last year March 17, 2020. Can’t wait but in the meantime I love watching my Woodpeckers, Nuthatch, Phoebe, Carolina Wren, Titmouse. So relaxing to watch them eat and bring their babies to the feeders in spring.

Mary we just got back from sunny California on Friday , and woke up to. Snow on Saturday ! Then Sunday it got up to 60 degrees! Typical for No. Nv. Spring is trying its hardest to get here ! I see little green stems peeping through the ground and birds building nest . But we may get snow in early June ! Ha ha ! I've never use the foam letters , in a pinch I'll have to try it !! Great idea !!! I'm am so spoiled with the silhouette, and cricket machines , they really do make mine and my daughters life much easier, to make stuff for our business . Such a time saver ! So grateful for that purchase ! Thank you for sharing another great video !! Sherry @ Queen Beez Vintage 💕❤️👑🐝

Thank you for making this video! As cool as the cricuts are, I can't justify that much for just personal projects so I'm always doing things the old ways lol. Plus we have one computer which my husband uses a lot. I'm so ready for spring & this week we have seen 40s & some 50s and lots of sunshine. There was two months we had so much snow that we was stuck in the house. I've never been more grateful for sunshine & hearing birds. We are in Iowa & being a TN girl I was used to the end of February starting to see buttercups blooming, a big change but I'm more thankful for the new life we see in spring.

I live in the southwestern part of Ontario, Canada. Right now we are being teased about spring. One day I hear robins and it is fairly warm out. The next day it is cold with a dusting of snow. Well, snow has disappeared the past few days but it is still chilly. One thing that assures me that spring has arrived is our neighbor's pond. When the temp has warmed up the frogs in the pond next door are croaking out a love song! Some people don't like it ... me, I love it. It lulls me off to sleep at night! I think the song is "Bullfrogs and Butterflies!" LOL Thanks for sharing your techniques. I'm one of those who doesn't have a machine so, these techniques will be helpful. Bring on the warm temperatures, the birds, the flowers, the frogs ... Which reminds me...I have a grandson and when he was 3 I asked him how his day was. His answer was, "The sky is blue, the grass is green and the whole world is full of color!" Three!!! I need the eyes of a 3yr old! LOL Have a happy spring.

Still have some snow, but it has melted a lot the last few days. We feed birds all winter. My husband makes suet out of peanut butter, sunflower seeds and lard. We use huge bags of sunflower seeds and a mixed seeds. And the blue jays and magpies eat whole peanuts. So the yard is so messy in the spring. We have all kinds of birds, just because we feed them. We had the coldest winter in 1hundred and twelve years. We live on the prairies in Canada. Thanks for showing us the different way’s to stencil. Have a great day.🇨🇦

I love to sit outside and listen to them (it's only in the 60's by 9 PM here in March, so it's nice), their songs are so pretty! I really enjoy your videos, and since I also don't have a Cameo, I really appreciate you showing how you used to do the letter transfers. I'm newly subscribed!

Another great video Mary!!! I’m your neighbor in Indiana, sooo ready for Spring! I love hearing the birds in the morning. I really liked the look of the foam letter stamps on the pillow case. I have a Silhouette Cameo that I absolutely love but it’s fun to see other creative methods. And, I love your cat!

I just would like to say you have a beautiful home and I know you days in one video that it was your family home growing up. And you have showed outside. I must say thank you for showing outside also because it is absolutely beautiful there. I also want to say I love your videos. I haven't been watching long. I only happened upon them about a month ago but I do get inspired by them and I usually learn something too. Thank you for making your videos and sharing them. God Blesd

LOVE the birds singing! Thanks for sharing that. I currently live in suburbia (hoping to change that soon!) and don't get to hear sounds of nature like that.

Thanks so much for showing us how to do it without a cameo! Been wondering how to make it more doable for me who wouldn’t use it enough to justify buying one. Love your videos and your style! They’re always right up my alley w the love of gardening, birds, outdoors, and the shabby chic style of decor...thanks again!

Love your tips, especially using the parchment paper. Thank you for sharing. I am so anxious for Spring too. Love seeing the first signs with the tulips and daffodils just popping up. The sparrows are making their nests and the snow is melting finally. I live in Washington State. It's been a hard winter. Lots of snow. Looking so forward to April and May for lots of flowers. Blessings for a wonderful Spring.

Thank you for showing alternate ways to add printing to items. It is rather expensive to purchase a Cameo just for a few projects. I enjoy your videos.

I just wanted to share how I got my cameo, pur luck maybe but worth a shot! Ebay!! That right. The gal bought it, with all the goodies, took it home and opened it. Quickly realized she was overwhelmed. She put it all back and took it to the store where they refused to refund because it had been opened!?! Well I ended up getting the bundle for 200.00 dollars for everything. I wish you the same good fortune that came my way!😊🤗

Wow. The birds are beautiful. I just closed my eyes to enjoy it. My favorite signs of Spring are early forsythia bushes and azaleas and daffodils.

Your best video yet. Loved how you featured the finished creations at the end. That was very helpful.
