Not only does Havok make great songs that are fun and exciting to listen to, the way they do their mix shows they get it. No buried bass, no overly loud guitars, crisp thunderous drums, great vocals. Excellent job guys!

Agreed, that's one of the first things that really stood out to me about Time is Up, which is the first album of theirs I listened to. Crunchy guitars that aren't thin, audible bass, nothing too loud, good low end without being muddy...perfect.

There is NO band of the new school of thrash metal that can touch these guys. As someone who grew up in the 80s and 80s thrash I don't offer praise often, but these boys GET IT DONE. They should be proud of what they are doing. It's sweet music to my ears.

I'm ashamed to say I am a metal head but never knew of Havok until earlier today when I was reading a story about Evile and Ol had mentioned these dude's and I am so fucking in love with their music, delivery and everything!!! Bass is the most underestimated instrument in the lineup, and usually underused. But if you really think about it, where would Metallica be had Cliff not played for them, or how would Death's Individual Thought Patterns sound without Steve DiGiorgio's fretless work. A great bass player only makes your band better.
I always appreciate it when a bass really cuts through the mix like that, sounds so good and such a good tone

What's crazy is that this song is only 5 minutes long, but it feels like a good 10-minutes or so. Fantastic.
This song is too fucking good. I just saw Havok live with Megadeth and Children Of Bodom. It was the best concert I've ever seen here in Dallas Texas.

WOW! Love all the three bands
The last band I was in, titled Cryptosis, played an outdoor festival called "Farmageddon" a little ways outside of Edmonton Alberta, and we had the distinct honour and pleasure of opening for Havok. It was a f***ing amazing show and the absolute best time!! Super cool and down to earth dudes, and put on a ridiculously great live show!!

There are many bands , but Havok is special , drum sound is terrific !!!! Soloist guitar is amazing , and the compositions are well organized .
Many bands make music , many many , but only a few one become eternal , like metallica , slayer , megadeth , symphony x , HAVOK , is definitively in the memories
