Which sound effects are hard to hear? Admittedly, the sound effects could use a good re-mixing. I adjusted the volumes manually in Audacity so I don't doubt I messed up a few.
Looking at the New Mugshots for Timber, Moon, Inferno, and Rodent. This is a step towards improvent. But there's one exception. Precious. Like come on, he should have a new and improved Mugshot like the others. Plus if there's ever gonna be a wily fortress. You can work on the map screen before you finish with the RMs Plus for Precious Man. He needs a rename. I suggest going for Spinel Man since i'm outright looking for names with Pink Gemstones. And for Mega Man's idle. This needs to be fixed since it looked ugly. The sniper joes just looked really ugly and needs a newer sprite, and i really don't get the seal crying. Just let him jump even without his ball. And for the mega buster. Most Mega Man games have normal and charged shots phase through walls. Also why didn't the screen fade after a stage is selected or when Mega man loses a life?
The mugshot for Precious Man is the same one I drew a year or two back. It's basically a copy of Chill Man's mugshot with a pallette change and minor tweaks. The mugshot isn't going to stay. It's uncertain yet if Precious Man is going to be replaced with an entirely new Robot master. What's wrong with Megaman's idle? Can you be more specific? The Sniper Joe sprites are ripped from Megaman 2. Here, a simple color change was applied and nothing more. I'm considering replacing his sprite, probably with one from the community. The mega buster not going through walls is on purpose. It's inspired by Megaman X5. I know that's a controversial decision, but it's one I want to keep. The screen didn't fade because I haven't implemented it yet. This game is still in alpha and so it has a lot of rough edges that need to be finished.
I always appreciate the constructive criticism. If you have any free time and desire to help out with the sprite work, that'd be really appreciated! I'm not an artist and so I have to rely on community works. I've had an artist help me out for free in his spare time, but it's looking like I'm gonna need to turn to something like Fiverr to get things really rolling.
I love how the song in this level is Chill Penguin's theme. It fits so nicely
Of all the things in Megaman X, it's Chill Penguin's theme that I have the most nostalgia for.
I like the game but... I can't hear some of the sound effects.

A little from it is mostly Shooting, Landing, Getting hit and gates as far as I know for sounds.
