What does it mean to have a sessile serrated polyp or adenoma on colonoscopy report but then a check under biopsy that says Normal Biopsy reports - no signs of Colitis or other significant abnormalities identified?

Had flex Sig found 7, 6 hyperplastic and 1 sessile serrated. Now I go for colonoscopy next week. I'm under age 40 so my GI doctor didn't want me to have the flex sig or colonoscopy. Now that they found the polyps, it was the surgeon who recommended colonoscopy. I'm not scared. I think they should screen at younger than 45, especially if you're like me and have years of stomach pain for no known reason. Advocate for yourself to get it done and don't stop until they give you one. The best case scenario is they find nothing and rule it out. At least you can cross it off your list.
