Hi Kunal..watsup..hope u r doing great..full disclosure before I start..I absolutely adore your recipes..now usually I make rajma the traditional way..u know where i don't even soak them ..infact they turn out to be just fine..after like 7-8 whistles.. then I simply mix them in the other masala..toss them a bit..and trust me they are yumm..u shud taste it..now today I followed ur recipe to the T..I soaked my rajmas overnight..chhitra ones .then I took a pressure cooker ..poured some oil. Prepared masala..just like you said..and it's been 2 hours now..I have given..like 15-16 whistles and still rajma did not go mushy ..they are still raw..plz help
