    This recipe is a perfect one for saoji. Being from Nagpur and having tasted the best ones, this one was as close to authentic. The proportion are perfect and make the best saoji mutton. Thank you so much for this one😊

    महाराष्ट्र के ग्रामीण इलाकों में लगभग सभी जगह मटन बनाने का यही तरीका रहता है। सिर्फ नाम अलग अलग दिए जाते हैं, जैसे की कोल्हापुरी, सावजी, सोलापुरी, सतारी, मालवणी, नगरी, आगरी इत्यादि... फर्क सिर्फ तेल और तीखापन कम ज्यादा होने में होता है।

    मसाला जब तेल छोड रहा था तभी मटण डालना था पुरा मसाला भुनने के बाद मटण डाला वो भुना हुवा मसाला ओव्हर कुक होगा.मटण पकने तक फ्लेवर कम हो जायेगा

    I've travelled and covered 75% in india and I must say Saoji Mutton/Chicken and kolhapuri Mutton/Chicken is best.

      Khandeshi Mutton & Chicken, boil Anda Bhurji, Vangyache Bharit(Baingan Bharta), Kalnyachi Bhakar, Kandeshi Shev Bhaji, Khandeshi Misal, Bibde Papad is also Top Class in Taste & Quality from Jalgaon & Bhusawal....

      @YourFoodLab this is not the proper way to prepare saoji bhaji, but you are almost there, I love your punjabi cuisine recipe, I prepare rajma YFL style.

    I am from Saoji community, the way you have made this recipe is pure authentic Saoji mutton recipe. This was secret till now you have revealed it to the world! 😜Many videos on YT for Saoji mutton but this is the REAL one… Fantastically yummy!😋

      It really doesn't matter if it is secret or not, many would still find it hard to do.
      One thing he failed to mention... this recipe is always meant to be cooked in large quantities.
      Also a little portion of goat fat मांदा is a must, it enhances the flavour to another level and coats the spicyness.

      Saoji language closely related with sourashtra language widely spoken at tamil nadu they were migrated from somnath sourashtra region during muslims invasion at South India particularly in tamilnadu,near about 12 lakhs population they settled tamil nadu during 16 century vijayanagara kingdom,krishnadevaraya also patronage by sivaji ruled tanjur,Trichy madurai at 17 th century

    मी पूर्वी मटन खात होते.पंधरा वर्षापूर्वी तेव्हा मी पक्की नाॅनव्हेजीटेरियन होते.मला खूप आवडायचे सावजीमटन.तुम्हाला महाराट्रीयन जेवण खूप आवडते असे वाटते.पुरणपोळीची रेसिपी मी बघितली ती पण एकदम परफेक्ट प्रक्टिसने केलेली होती.तुम्ही रेसिपी करताना त्या पदार्थाशी कुठलीही काॅप्रमाईज करत नाही.ही खूप योग्य पद्धत आहे.

    This is more of a warhadi mutton than Saoji. Saoji is too spicy and too oily but tastes just too amazing! They use 200 gram oil for 1 kg meat and 100 grams of red chilli powder. But this is good one for making at home.

    Went to take admission in AIIMS Nagpur, entered a Saoji Restaurant with my dad. Ordered chicken.
    The first bite only he started coughing 😂
    It was the spiciest curry I've ever had in my life🥵

      Maharashtrian food (curry based) is spicy so tell them in advance how you'd like it.

    @06:47 - jwari ka aata (hulka sa bhun ke )is Easiest ..but you know Beta if we add 1 0r 1 1/2 teaspoonful of whole jwari ke garins (daane )- halkasa bhun ke in waatan and grind uska flavoring bhi thoda alag aur thoda jyada tasty ho jaata hai. Also, Jwari is more healthy than chana & Chaaval ka aata.🙏 😊

    Love the videos! YFL has been a huge blessing when living abroad and where I can't get good indian food.
    I even got some of my non indian friends watching the channel, though they use subtitles to follow. Thus I was wondering what happened to them ?😅
