Your recipe is bang on. Kolhapuri thaali approved by a Kolhapuri. Every restaurant and khanaval has a slightly different taste because of the measurements of the ingredients but you got the crux right. Pandhra rassa just needs a little bit more getting used to after which it wins over the tambda as a favourite. Also 2 small things special and specific to our thaali is the masale bhaat and dahi-kanda
We being muslims, don't really make authentic Marathi dishes, but followed this recipe and it turned out to be my best ever. This is 3rd weekend in a row and my family wants me to repeat it... again. BTW tried once with mutton and twice with chicken, both turns out yummy... thank u Chef

I following your most recipe. Two suggestions in recipe. I am seeing My mom & Aaji making this years. First: when you make vatan for tambda rasa. Kindly pest all musala then add fired sukha kobra make pest then last onion & tomato. It will give you different test. Second: when you boiling tambda rasa & suka, kindly do not add lemon juice. You have to eat food that frame time. This dish have amazing magic. If you store this dish with The time period after 12hrs, 24hrs, 36hrs masala test flavor is increased.
