I loved the Sherlockness of "The Beast Below". As a kid I didn't care for it as much, but growing up I love the mystery, deduction, and problem solving tough decisions
i dont entirely understand the idea that this episode was to complicated i thought the time travel elements were presented in such a way that it feels like a perfect way to exsplain how time travel can be used and is used in its episode.
Yes!! I love this series so so much :o It is going to take a masterpiece to knock this as my favourite series (mainly because of the arc and my nostalgia for it) :D I love the visuals and the vibe of this series! Wonderful video! :)
That point from Moffat about logic being secondary sounds a lot like Bryan Fuller's defence that Hannibal makes emotional sense even if the logic isn't there. I like Fuller's logic. Also, I don't mind the Impossible Girl thing, not necessarily from a character point of view, but because the logic behind it works fine. It's sci-fi, timey wimey, technobabble but it works.
The voice changer helmets used to terrify me! I remember a family friend put one on and scared me with it when I was younger. Safe to say I’ve conquered my fears since but I do love when Doctor Who can still get under my skin like the spiders in S11.
To me series 5 is the peak of the show. I loved the eleventh doctors relationship with amy and rory throughout the series it felt so real and genuine. In my opinion i think the only bad episode of the series is the chibnall two parter other than that it is a perfect series.
I have to agree. It's a great run of stories. As you can tell from the video, I'm more of a fan of the SIlurian two-parter and I think I would argue that The Lodger is the weakest episode. But even then, I don't think there are any "bad" episodes in the series since each one has strong points.

11th Doctors first season isn't just a great season of Doctor Who it's one of the best seasons of TV ever
Beast Below is really good it has a great atmosphere always been baffled by the mixed feelings on it.

Terrific video man 👍🏻 I love Series 5 so much
Thanks mate. Wish I could’ve had more footage & music to make this a bit more comprehensive but I think it gets across my love of this series.
