How’s the stiffness going to be as it ages? I’m in the process of making one as well, should I add a stiffening layer to help keep its shape?
Never had an issue with leather.
Why do you use bag balm ? Does it help preserve the leather?
Loosen it up like a baseball catcher's mit that's what they do in baseball.
Bag balm is an excellent fire starter on cotton and you can use For minor abrasions also.
