    I separated the video into 2 parts as they are both pretty in-depth topic.

    Thank you so much for sharing this. Most people are really private with their numbers but for beginners this is so nice to learn from it :)

    Thank you for sharing. I feel my skill level is just getting to the point of considering more business, and less of just dabbling. So your info is helpful!

      Making the switch is always hard, but luckily pottery can be run as a side business pretty easily nowadays with a good online presence. Best of luck!

    This is great! Thank you for all the details. It's really helpful to see how other people starting up a ceramics business are doing.

    Very good info but I think you make the mistake of a lot of entrepreneurs, in that you don't include your salary (you mentioned rent - good), which should come out of your profit.

    Hello do you mind if I ask what your margins are for ceramic kitchen plates
    •Cost -Sell

    • @twelve.80
      @twelve.80  3 года назад +3

      I don’t have my exact margins worked out in terms of material cost, and my pricing are based on what I think it’s worth instead of a set %. But I would say just material each piece might cost $3-8, excluding labour, equipment and other business cost.
