I love it! Thanks for the awesome feedback! I still remember the first bite of that burger (that was my first smoked burger) and it blew my mind how tasty it was. It changed me 🤣🤣! Thanks for the support Jared!
These burgers are awesome! I plan on updating this video very soon too! Oh and I’ve been listening to rover religiously for about 10yrs now. Been to a few Roverfests as well
I'm trying this myself right now a little different style because I don't have one of those smokers but it seems to be working out good so far I'm anxious to try them about to throw the cheese on them now
@@AndersonsSmokeShow man they turned out amazing! I have just a regular propane grill and I used a pellet tube to smoke the burgers and they are in my opinion the best burgers I've ever made! Thanks for the reply and the video
@@AndersonsSmokeShow yes sir I think I will experiment a little bit with some more spices and what not and go from there but it damn sure was a good burger as it was I just wish I had the damn spicy pickles to put on there like you had but maybe next time
This post might not relate, but I heard you Andrew mention that you don't use mesquite pellets often. Can you tell me why? I just got the Camp Chef and am still in learning mode, so I'm trying to follow what you do. So far it's worked out INCREDIBLY! Thank you!
@@AndersonsSmokeShow Well tomorrow I'm gonna fire up the Pit Boss and try this exact recipe out. Haven't done burgers on the smoker yet but when I searched you had the style of recipe i was hoping to find. Thanks again man
@@AndersonsSmokeShow Man I've made them three times already and am out here smelling them in the smoker now. I've been making mine as half pound burgers and they are awesome. Got some bacon wrapped and cheese stuffed jalapenos dripping above them. Thought I'd update you. Excellent stuff man!
I’ve seen other have issues with the dust... and that’s partially due to moisture along with the dust. I have switched pellets to other brands and see significantly less dust. But you are correct I should be sifting all of them anyways. Thanks for watching Tracey!
My Smoker threw out an error code once and for the life of me I couldn’t figure out why. It wasn’t until I unloaded the pellets and put them back that it worked. Ever since I figure that dust can lead to issues.
They are #2 on our list just behind the tomahawk rib-eye! I actually just made venison burgers tonight with a modified version of this recipe and they were phenomenal! Thanks again for the support!
Pellet of choice: Pit Boss Hickory Blend The recipe that I'm about to share will change the way that feel about every burger you've had up until this point! Juicy! Tender! Smokey! Flavorful! Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix thoroughly. Served on a warm brioche bun and topped with melted Colby jack cheese!

I like sharp cheddar or swiss * Smoke over mix of pecan & apple * Serve on grilled Rye bread
Just threw my burgers in the pit boss a few minutes ago. Copied your recipe and cooking instructions, excited to eat the finished product. Only difference is I am using a blend of pit boss competition pellets mixed with pit boss charcoal pellets.
Anderson’s SmokeShow they were awesome, my wife and brother in-law loved them. What most surprised me was how juicy the leftovers were microwaved the next day. Never would have thought microwaved burgers could be juicier than most burgers I’ve had fresh. Great recipe!
I’m so glad to hear that you guys loved them. What surprises me the most is how strong the smoke smell is when I open the Tupperware the next day! Thanks again for the support Tony!
Making these for the second time for my family. BEST BURGERS EVER!!!

Ok I'm brand new at smoking. Like never done it before. Did this today with buffalo and did mac n cheese. Both turned out absolutely fantastic
Good job Buddy,, looks great! Doing this tonight, but ill have a couple beers during the cook...
Hope they turned out great!
Making these this weekend. I'm a diehard RMG fan too!

We are hooked on these burgers since trying and won’t eat them any other way!
Glad to hear that! This is one of my favorite recipes!
I just bought my pit boss today. Going to make this tomorrow night for sure.
You’ll love them!

I use worcheshire also along with that receipt
How do they turn out?
Andersons Smoke Show only way to go so good make sure u use LP worcheshire sauce not cheap stuff
I’ll have to give it a try!
Steak sauce like A-1 or 57 in the meat mix also really good in place of the Worcy sauce.

Mesquite are known to be potent and most people don’t enjoy the results.
A is right. It can be used...but sparingly. If you overuse it, it can make your cook bitter. It's a strong smoke...and never on seafood.
Awesome, cool tunes too
💪🏻💪🏻
Just got my pit boss tonight going to try this weekend looks dam good Thanks for the video
This is my favorite smoked burger recipe! Enjoy!
It's a good thing I'm cooking dinner now. Too bad it won't be quite as good as that burger looks, haha. Great work!
The hickory smoke definitely adds a 4th dimension, but the recipe is solid regardless where you cook it!
Alright, I'm sold brother! When you added the bread crumbs and eggs I knew you were on the level. Thanks man I'm on it.
It’s a great recipe! I’ve made 4 different burgers now on my smokers and this is still the one recipe I come back to!

Friendly suggestion: Sift your pellets. there was so much dust when you were pouring in your pellets, that will clog up your auger.

Love your smoker. How do you keep the grease from dripping all over the controller?
It happens, but I just keep it wiped off. Keeping the door nice and tight should help some too
Those look great! Gonna make them for my hubby tonight :) How long did you leave them at 400 to finish them off? Thanks!
Thanks for watching Mindy! It was just for a few minutes. How did they turn out?
this turned out to be the best burger i’ve ever had
That’s how I felt the first time that I ever made them!
Love your videos! I'm new to this , dumb question, doy you turn the burger over at any point 🤔?
Never touch it unless it’s with the thermometer or it’s time to take it out!

Great video but you and like 99% of youtube barbeque channels need to focus more on the end product, detailed close ups. POV for at least a minute.
