Awww thanks just trying to get a little better and smoother each time 👍🏍
Getting better every day Faye, your doing really well 👍 It's like you say, it all starts to become natural to you, then all of a sudden everything starts to fall into place and then riding your bike becomes second nature without having to overthink it all. 🏍🏍🏍
Thanks Graham it's been a steep learning curve but finally starting to feel a bit more natural 👍
Well done Faye your getting there 👍

Good going Faye, You will be confident enough for your Mod 1 and Mod 2 before you know it. You are certainly getting the miles in - Well done.
Aww thanks Steve really trying to get the miles in so by early next year I'll be ready for my mod1 and 2
At this rate Faye, you will crack that with ease. Stay safe. (Watch that sidestand)
Hi Faye & Shaun, great video and Faye your riding was brill and road positioning looked excellent and only on your 3rd big ride out. Shaun is a great tutor.Take care and keep up the good work. 🏍🏁

Definitely getting more confident faye well done keep at it, as they say practise makes perfect and you have a good teacher with you.
Aww thanks ... it's starting to feel a bit more natural but still plenty to work on 👍🏍
Brilliant vid guys
I'm really liking the look of the Michigan
Cheers Mark it's a cracking bike for the price 👍🏍
Great progress so far, and you are still having fun! All the best to you both!
That's the main thing Scott that she's still enjoying it . Onwards and upwards 👍🏍
Doing great Faye,Just got back with the wife and friends ,she was on her YBR125 and done a 125 mile round trip to athe K I bike cafe in uttoxeter ,Howling cross winds but she belted through it,Short steps soon become miles.👍🏍 Titch the Mich
Excellent ... yes every bit of riding helps no matter how long or short 👍👍🏍
Hi Guys great video and craic, Faye your doing brilliant as Shaun said you’ve came on leaps bounds
Stay safe (I’ve a bit of catching up to do on your videos, life gets in the way at times)
Well done Faye , its as if you have been riding for years . You must paint a picture of your first bike .
Aww thanks Paul... 😁🏍
Evening Shaun and Faye. Looking alot more comfortable and confident now.Wont be long till your be wanting a little more power Faye lol. Mesh jackets is a must guys in this heat. And hearing Shaun giving you lots of advice, warnings, and encouragement good on you Shaun. I must get myself up your way and enjoy those lanes and veiws.
Thanks Vincent all about keeping it fun and staying alive pal 👍👍🏍
Well done you are doing really really well keep it up . Take care 👍
Aww thanks Stephen 👍
very enjoyable video, impressive brownie point :) stay safe
Always thinking Gary 🤣🤣
It's been great watching you guys. I have been looking at one of these amongst others, but I took the plunge yesterday and brought one. Can't wait to play.
Awww thanks Myles hope u have fun on it 👍
32 degrees two red hot brews. I laugh my head off . Great video lovely weather and confidence growing every mile with your support and advice. Good to watch on a locked down sunday morning thanks .
Cheers pal ... summer seems such a long time ago doesn't it 👍
Nice 125 looks cool😎👍
Awww thanks Chris i love it 👍🏍
Really enjoy watchin all ya vids, boss couple 👍🏼
Awww thanks that really means a lot 👍
Great video, Faye is coming on well, glad to see you enjoying the bike and your growing confidence 👍
Loving it now John 👍🏍
I’ve enjoyed this series and seeing Faye improve - funnily enough I have a Lexmoto Michigan and love it, even doing vids on my channel about it 👍
Great bike still looked and rode like new when we sold it 👍🏍
Doing very well, keep it going Faye. I have been riding bikes since I was 17 now 67 and still make silly mistakes.
Tbf Andy it's been a bit trickier than i expected but slowly getting there thanks 👍
She will.
Great video and nice roads. Almost like the roads where I live in Sweden. Only that you drive on the wrong side ;-) Great job of Faye to learning how to drive so smooth :-) Keep it on !!!
Have a nice evening.
Aww thanks Perry, Sweden looks absolutley stunning as a riding country 👍👍
Faye, you are coming on great,. Well done the pair of you. Not long until you both will be able to come down to South Wales lol.... Trip down to Tenby
Thanks Scott can't wait for some big camping trips 👍🏍
When you think about it as an experianced rider, the amount of information you take in and process while riding is amaizing and it takes time to train the brain
Yeah pal ... Faye says it's exhausting as your thinking for every1 else , remembering to cancel indicators ... all while feeling vulnerable, i wouldn't like to have to start again 👍
Blood brilliant getting on with your test and new bike. Best of all you're both enjoying it, it'll open up a whole new experience for you and the channel. Remember make the bike yours and alter what you need to make things like gear pedal, clutch bite etc suit your foot and boot position and the clutch to you're hand span. more miles and more fun what.s nots to like xx
Cheers Mike... funny u should say that as we are gonna order new adjustable levers as the 1s on the bike are just static ... it's a bit of a reach to the clutch lever 👍🏍
Improving day by day!! I did my cbt 4 years ago and then spent a year on a ksr 125 before getting my full licence!! It’s amazing how your confidence builds the more miles you put in!! Looked much smoother on the video! Well done!! Keep up the good work, and you will be touring in no time!!👍
Awww thanks im really getting to grips with it now 👍
Vast improvement for Faye !!! Was looking at a RST Vent jacket £100 comes with a liner which you can take out. Beautiful day for a ride. Cheers for the Video.
Thanks Jonathon.. my rst thermal liner comes out but the waterproof liner is sewn in and just doesn't breathe 👍
Faye, when you come to a junction try coming down the gears two at a time, 6-4 then4-2 it’ll save you grabbing a handful of clutch and coating, just a thought from an old police motorcyclist
Hahahah don't even go there Dave as Shaun pulled me on it when we watched the footage back ... That's gonna be my next mission to learn how to release the clutch between down shifts 👍👍🏍
good to see Faye is getting on so well, enjoy, and ride safe guys.
Thanks for that she's absolutley loving it at the moment 👍
great ride, Faye's coming on in leaps and bounds, gaining confidence and riding smoothly. The more you ride, the better you get, the expert tuition also helps ! best wishes (KB Wales)
Absolutley Kevin and thanks theres no substitute for practice is there 👍🏍
Faye is getting better she will get there .all take time good luck.
Absolutley Stephen she's getting much smoother now 👍
Hi shaun and faye lovely ride out.
And faye we can see your confidence
Growing with the bike..its great well done.
And shaun. Love the way you looking after faye
Good teacher. You both take care and be safe
Old fella.
Awww thanks Dave works better as a team 👍🏍
Your doin really well Fay
Awww thanks 😁
You're doing really well, and it's good to see you are starting to enjoy it. Keep up the good work!
Aww thanks Kenny it seems to be falling into place now 👍🏍
Doing good Faye 👍lovely day that was. Like winter today up here in Cumbria 😱
Absolutley Shaun it's been grim here for a couple of days now 👍
for names I put Tins On Tour through an anagram generator online and its thrown up a few names : Nun Risotto, Toni Suntor, Ronni Stout the list goes on but Nun Risotto made me smile 🤣
Nice looking ride she's got.
She loves it ... few little mods to be done 👍
Shaun, a word of advice from a RoSPA tutor. You would be able to offer her better words of advice and guidance such as riding the right line, shoulder checks, etc etc if you were following Faye. Break the ride up and allow her to lead for part of it. Any tuition she has going forward will take place with her leading, get into the habit early and it won't be as daunting for her going into further training. Good luck Faye.
Cheers Steve i will let her lead soon as she's ready but I've tried and tried but she wants to follow until she gets the hang of riding plus once she's confident enough I'd rather some1 like yourself take her out as like my dad always said don't learn family to drive as it usually ends in tears like it did on our last vid ... at the moment it's just enjoying it and staying alive , she said next weekend she mite lead a ride to a destination she knows ... although she looks pretty confident she's very nervous 👍
Massive improvement Faye, more miles more smiles,we've only managed a couple of rides out one to Glasson Dock and one to Settle then through to Devils Bridge at Kirby Lonsdale,,did the same as you and Shaun with the picnic, looking forward to your next ride out.
Thanks John I'm slowly getting there and feeling less nervous 👍
Ah shes starting to notice the views around her. Must be feeling much more comfortable
Absolutley Steven i noticed that myself 👍
Hey Shaun, Faye another of my tales, I don’t know if you have heard, seen, or done this before with your long experience of biking, I don’t think Faye will know about this, but you never know, anyway back in my bus driving days, I worked for a family run business in Weardale Co. Durham, their head office was in Woolsingham a large village rather than a town but it did have an old market place (no longer used as such), the dales are very popular with bikers, and the market place is also a very popular stopover place for a cuppa from the cafe and to savour the home made baking from the bakers shop, it is also the changeover point for what is called the up dale and down dale bus service, where each service had to wait for the other to arrive before either could leave.
Sorry I had to digress a little there to give you a background picture, now then on the up dale service the roads narrowed considerably with lots of twists and turns, in other words a bikers dream, what I noticed (after a while) a lot of the bikers, they had their own hand signals you will not find in any highway code book, but worked very well and safely too, when reaching a bend the bike in front of the one behind, he/she would hold his/her hand up to signal if the road was clear on the opposite side so that rider behind could make his/her move to overtake the vehicle between them (me in my bus) safety, and then that rider in turn could also signal the rider behind him/her and so on, if the lead rider had his/her hand pointing down by their side, then it was unsafe to overtake, Shaun I’m not suggesting for one moment you or Faye adopt this method, but just wondered if you had ever seen/heard or done this before, I thought it was very clever though.
Haha crazy how times change .. about 26yrs ago on my real 1st bike tour to Portugal with "the lads" when passing traffic whoever had done the overtake would sit on the white lines in the middle of the road or inside with his right or left leg out depending weather home or abroad and when the leg came back in it was safe to pass... thinking about it now u really had to have some trust in them 🤣
@@TinsonTour Yeh you sure did, but when it comes down to safety of others you don't mess about, like you might lark about otherwise, thanks for the reply Shaun.
Excellent riding Faye. It's all coming together for you. How's about "TOTY". For name. TINS ON TOUR YAAA....stay safe both..
Haha thanks Frank it's getting there slowly 👍
Wow Faye can’t believe how far you’ve progressed in a week your doing amazing . How do you like the Michigan and Shaun you’re a great coach
Awww i love the bike although Shaun has noticed the rear shocks are either faulty or ( garbage ) but that's gonna be sorted as he's not happy
👍 keep it up girl great work 🥇👌 from R1 Greg 😜
Aww thanks for that Greg 😁👍
Doing well Faye and Shaun you did well with the instructions Faye call the bike tin tin
Haha thanks Jim Shaun is unbelievably patient at the moment 👍
Only us brits would drink tea in 32 degrees , looking good with the training
Thanks Kevin 👍🏍
Knox make a good summer airtex jacket with full armour wife and I have one their factory in Cockermouth cumbria just up the road from us. Doing really well Faye 👍
Thanks Alan it must be my old age creeping in as being hot or cold never used to bother me now i whinge at all sorts 🤣🤣🤣
Looking good faye , gear changea sound heaps better . And with Shaun's guidance 👍
Thanks James I'm just trying to practice as much as possible 👍
What’s funny is that when you film from the big African Twin all you can hear is the little 125 lexmoto!
Haha the mighty Michigan 🤣🤣🤣
By next week she will be riding wheelies!👍😃
Haha not on purpose 🤣🤣
Excellent stuff.
Ever thought about instructing?
Interesting to watch and follow. Enjoying this.
Happy travels
Haha not got the patience for instructing... in small doses it's not to bad 🤣👍
You’re doing really well faye and very soon be riding your bike and just do everything without thinking like you probably do in your car..As to France done lots of biking holidays there and always find people in the north and west more friendly and would recommend La Rochelle and over the bridge to lle de Re if you’re ever on north west coast...
Yeah agree totally we've done the west coast a few times and loved it and tbf we have found some places in central France that have been nice but also found some absolute shockers 👍
Yes definitely agree but just like anywhere really you either like Skegness or Blackpool or neither 🤓 Good luck from Newcastle stay safe you's two 👍
Great vids guys, Faye's doing fantastic, got my Mrs going for CBT now, what have you got me into..she's already looking around for a bike same as Faye's, Queenie's a good name for Faye's bike as the film the Africa, Queen..
Haha Les it's all downhill once the other half starts riding 😂😂😂 good luck to her 👍
Get Mr. Perfect... "How can you stall going downhill?" Put him in his place Faye. You are doing well, nice to see the improvement. Ride safe.
I always put him in his place he's only acting big on camera 🤣👍
See it's a bit of further reach getting your feet down Shaun, without your pillion, you'll miss not having Faye on the back when your reversing!😁
I know pal ... I've not really adjusted the pre loads just through sheer laziness as it's still on touring settings 🤣
cannot belive its a lexmoto it looks sexy af!
Wow, Faye your doing amazing for the 3rd time out. Keep up the practicing and you'll be teaching Shaun a thing or two in the foreseeable future. Hey Shaun couldn't help but notice, is that tummy of yours getting bigger lol. To much furlough hey. Take care love your vids.
Way to much furlough.... going from a job that's hard graft to doing nothing but eat and drink for 3 months .... although they say the camera adds weight to u so I'm going with that 1 🤣🤣
@@TinsonTour I know mate, luckily enough I only had 3 weeks off. Even in that time I put on weight. Hey ho, carry on riding in 30 degrees, it will soon drop off you. Take care mate love your vids and stay safe. Hope to bump into you one day and have a chat....Carl.
Absolutley pal would be a pleasure 👍
Bike name TOT. Channel initials plus Faye and the bike are only likkle
Keep up the good work
Haha thanks Ken much appreciated 👍🏍
That's the thing about motorcycles that I think a lot of people forget here. (I'm in Kansas.)
That it doesn't matter what bike you have, just slow down a bit and enjoy the country.
Yeah to many people with opinions in what u should or shouldn't get 👍
Great stuff, you pair have done more miles in a week than I have on on street triple in 8 months hahah next time you near delamere give me a shout ... also carry on like this you will need the service booking in soon 😜
Haha thanks Darcy would be great to meet for a brew some day 👍
That little bike really goes well. I think you're nailing riding it. You'll have Shaun as your pillion in no time. Haha. As far as Covid goes over there, you guys take care and precautions. England hasn't got on top of it yet and from scenes I've seen on TV, there are many folks being reckless.
Absolutley Jeff we expecting a 2nd wave pretty soon but hope we are away on the bike in Spain when or if it happens 👍
@@TinsonTour Spain has yet to have a second wave, they'll blame it on the Brits!! A few months ago, no-one knew the foggiest about the virus, now not only can we predict it's progression, we can produce a vaccine which mutates along with it?!! Personally I think the Government and their ScienTiTs are talking through their "R's". Little evidence of people we know succumbing to it!! Lots of evidence of Chinese Totalitarian Rule!! Pleased Faye was able to do her CBT and enjoy this moment of freedom!! Here in Scotland I'm awaiting my Mod 2, cancelled due to Lockdown. At the rate our illustrious leader is going Wave 2 will hit before Wave 1 has ebbed?!!
Michael Lilley wee Nicola Cranky is useless. But Shaun and Faye are doing brilliantly, probably helps in their case that everybody else in the country is not a bloody expert and knows better. Well done Shaun, you are teaching Faye in real time and not in hindsight.
Great ride! I hope you get the suspension sorted, I was admiring that little bike until you mentioned that.
It'll get sorted one way or another as it's terrible 👍
Would love 30c here, we had a nice day & it was only 16c ( Winter in South Australia ) I guess we get used to the heat just like you get used to the cold & I would rather ride on a 40c day than 8c. BTW I have four motor cycles & none have names, they may have been called some names but nothing stuck
Haha u could be onto something as we don't really see 8 degrees as being that cold .... when we get 30 degrees it's always really humid as well but saying all that I'd prefer it than the wet and cold .... I've called the AT a few choice names in the past 😂😂
@@TinsonTour I won't take the bike out under 12c bit soft I know
@@KaneTerry haha that's not a bad thing as u say I'd actually melt if it was 40 degrees here 🤣
hello all another great vid. I'm sure you are getting far to much advice ATM and it could just be the gopro but i would double the distance you are behind Shawn. For example when he told you about the gravel in the road I doubt you saw it as he was blocking you line of sight... Fell free to tell me to mind my own! xx
Haha it's the camera pal it's usually the opposite and she's to far behind and drops out of sight... to be honest the only time she closes up is so i can activate her camera with the remote as the range is only about 20 metres 👍
@@TinsonTour I did think it may be the camera! on another note.. Have you seen TMF's review of the new A twin? I know he's a GS fan boy but for the first time ever I was surprised how different his option was to others like Richy Vida who loves it???
@@nuppy.9117 yeah he's not a big fan and tbf the price is getting close to gs money ... ours was only 9.5k which i thought was a bargain but the new 1 edging 15k-16k is a bit steep but suppose it's every1 to their own ... plus he is quite small and the AT is a big bike 👍
Tinto is a great name as the bike is Red. The Spanish for Red Wine is Vino Tinto.
Thanks David it's my fave upto now 👍😁
Turn signal switches on bikes really are rubbish. We all get used to them, but somehow they could be much better. In Ontario, Canada, our summers are routinely in the low 30's C, and of course way colder in other seasons. So I have my mesh, well vented jacket for summer, and other jackets for the colder seasons. Same for gloves, and pant choices. Good going Faye!
Absolutley Garth the indicators do take some getting used to especially after driving a car for 20yrs 🤣👍
Faye I’m planning to buy the same bike as yours as I’m a shorter rider and it’ll be my first bike. Looks great fun
Aww that's brilliant , it's been great just be glad when all this covid restrictions go away 👍
Loving the vids! Fayes doin amazing mate! The michigan looks a great little bike! Great colour. My girl is doing her cbt and going to start local around bala and that. Once fayes more experienced have you thought about a trip to France on both bikes? Seen loads of people do it on 125s or less! I think thats are plan for a mad adventure lol! Great channel guys , also how do you both talk to each other im not sure about all the bluetooth stuff yet?
She's gonna want a bigger bike i can see it coming .... as talking to each other it's just 2 scala headsets which communicate via Bluetooth 👍
You need to start hiding your keys Shaun.
Well done Faye!
And the step ladder 😂😂😂 cheers Andy 👍
Sure is strange for a yank to watch the driving on that side of the road. Great video!! Be safe and enjoy your new venture of driving your own bike.
Thanks John.... should of been touring the US out of Arkansas this year but covid has put a stop to it 👍🏍
Tins on Tour well i hope y’all get to do that
My Michigan has never bottomed, and the bathroom scales quake as I pass in case I decide to step on them. It rides bumps a lot better than my 125 Honda scooter.
Yeah got a feeling it's got dodgy shocks on ... it's terrible , thanks for the feedback 👍
Tinsley.
Lovely to see the roads not strewn with shed loads of rubbish, how about Blinky as a name for the bike. Stay safe
Haha that'd be a fitting name 😁
