    Hi Nice workout. how should I combine the workout with the previous (part 1) or the other part? should I focus onn part 1 for a while then just move to this part?

      thank you! mix them up - try and do 3-4 different ones a week. you really want to stay consistent with the workouts to make the most out of them

    I have been doing your videos for some months now and they are truly great... but for some reason today 4 ads popped up! for a 17 minute video that appears to be a lot.. and they came on during the 40 secs of exercise... not sure if you are aware of this? thanks again for your videos!
