Ashe and Kayle are pretty easy to play champions, I'm sure there's plenty of guides out there in Mobafire that cover all the information you need to know about them since there really isn't much you can do with them anyway, considering the fact that they're beginner champions.
Zach W. I know how old this comment is, but Switcheroo also makes your Rockets have greater range, which helps you context the Caitlyn and Tristana matchups, and just generally have an easier time poking with autoattacks
John Jadia Maxing Q makes it so your attack speed steroid hits harder, (A reason why rushing infinity edge on Jinx is viable) and makes your Rockets have more range. Even since the cool down buff to her W, if you can't reliably hot it in every single poke trade, you'll eventually end up losing lane. Jinx OTP, W max is only useful in URF
