It doesn't really matter for this particular fight, but Super Forms would actually be higher than planet since the negative side of the chaos emeralds weakens the super form. This can be shown that in the worst case scenario the living embodiment of that in the beginning of Unleashed the chaos emeralds immediately turn off, so if you're somehow able to turn super in the presence of a situation like that the super form itself is highly likely to be at a weakened state

Shadow was born with chaos energy, knuckles is the guardian of the entity and can control chaos energy not to mention he's far more physically stronger than any of the Characters that includes shadow
He could really turn shadow into a damn hockey puck and chaos control wouldn't even work fr neither would the 4th chaos emeralds, knuckles can shut the power off people need to really do their homework on knuckles and how is he gonna say knuckles is not experienced using chaos control when this man literally trained his whole life this man has been guarding the emerald since he was a jit😂
Knuckles is way stronger in archie, at his peak (chaos knuckles) his power was way higher than super sonic and super shadow together, even after losing some of his chaos powers he could still be an equal to sonic, reacting with the same speed, being way stronger and having a very high battle iq, so even after losing some chaos powers he could still beat shadow high-extreme diff.
However, in the games, shadow beats knuckles mid diff, shadow is sonic but weaker, plus all of his chaos abilities, while knuckles doesn't have a lot of feats in speed and abilities, his only advantage would be his strength.

Can’t knuckles use his connection to the master emerald to disable shadow’s super form because he is a guardian
Can Knuckles do that while he's being hammer on by Shadow? Cause last time Knuckles had to do, he had to stand close to the Emerald and do a chant.
Also what's to stop Shadow from shattering the Master Emerald?
@@22kingdomheartsfan even if the master emerald was shattered the shards would still have chaos energy and could still have more power than the other 7 chaos emeralds. Also knuckles can put the shards back together anyway

Sure he could. After he finds the pieces, which, if you play Adventures 1 and 2, they are basically scattered to the ends of teh Earth. And even space. So..... Yeah. He can't put it together, WHILE fighting Shadow.
As far as we know the ME can only disable the Emeralds, it can't exactly just shut off the single Super Form. Knucks could maybe do that but then both of them would loose the Super Form and Shadow still has a bunch of internal energy stores so he could still use all his Chaos abilities for a good while even without the emeralds in play.

Gotta say, this was interesting. And honestly refreshing to hear more "grounded" arguments for Sonic rather then "Lol Uni super forms".

Mate, you can't denied that there are Universal feats and if you consider the actual cosmology and levels of realms reality its far higher. But since we "have to" use the most consistent feats from a franchise that barely has consistent power scaling/feats everything gets downplayed.

@@DjNugg-vs9jl remember, this is by only using the most consistent feats. Mario characters can be scaled higher then Solar System Level (which is what they are commonly scaled as) and Sonic characters can be scaled to Universal in Base form when using every viable feats and statements

You guys forgot Shadow fought and beat Gemerl with all seven chaos emeralds in a 1v1.
Before I watch this episode, I would like to say that Shadow likely wins, considering that he scales closer to Sonic.
If we're taking knuckles at the level he realistically should be he is just as much of a rival to sonic as shadow

@@speed_311 Well not really generations and boom are the only 2 real titles where Sonic has a win against Shadow but keep in mind Shadow and Sonic were only fighting or rather racing in generations to restore the timeline evidence by the story. It was more like sparring to save the world as opposed to their death match it attempts to emulate from Adventure 2. Now in Sonic Boom; which is not cannon from what I heard, it took the combined efforts of both Sonic and Tails to beat Shadow. And every other title (Adventure, Heroes, Rivals, and even Battle) it’s a toss up because both Sonic and Shadow have story campaigns that involve them beating one another to progress in their own respective story with no cutscenes to indicate who truly won. You could say they are tied every time they have fought and/or raced. But in 06 it is HEAVILY implied that Shadow is the strongest and most combat adept of the 3 hedgehogs boys. Silver incapacitated Sonic and it took Amy coming to save him and that is regardless of who you are playing as opposed to Shadow who completely sons Silver and again this is regardless of who you play as. And it is worth mentioning that in the future Shadow is alive 200 years later and HAD to be sealed away as evidence by his convo with Mephiles. Even though in cannon media books they are stated as equals it’s been evidenced that Shadow is in fact superior to Sonic more than once. Shadow in Prime handed Sonic an L. And in the trailer for season 3 it’s revealed Shadow figured out how to travel through the other portals if I remember correctly (fact check that one) and all of this goes without mentioning Shadow’s own game where it is made abundantly clear that Shadow was superior to Sonic in multiple ways and keep in mind unlike Sonic Boom, Shadow the hEdgehog is cannon lol 😂 and all of the alternate paths are also cannon what ifs. In these what ifs Shadow defeats Sonic in a race and defeats him in 2v1 death match where Sonic gangs up with a prototype Gun Mech to kill Shadow, and Shadow “kills” Eggman, takes over the world, or promises to destroy it. Shadow is a certified menace. And I’d wager that Shadow isn’t the only Character who is potentially stronger than Sonic… in the last twitter take over (which are the most CANNON source of info we are getting as of late) Knuckles referred to Mighty as a better version Sonic who runs just as fast.

Here's a bit of a problem with this for strength you guys are talking like there's no way to know exactly how strong shadow is when he takes his inhibitor rings off but it's already been stated that it's equal to the power of 1 chaos emerald and compared to what knuckles took on the power of 3 it's pretty clear cut when it comes to strength.
No inhibit rings Shadow is stronger but Rings 9n Knuckles is but doesn't matter Shadow has more than Knuckles can offer so Shadow wins

I believe knuckles wins do to the fact of better control and output of chaos energy as an echidna. they low balled knuckles and the then brought up inhibitor rings like shadow can handle having them off for more then 5 minutes without exploding on top of that we’ve literally seen a form where knuckles becomes chaos energy incarnate and becomes a literal unstoppable god limited only by his imagination. For the ranged debate Knuckles had the closest connection to the master emerald the chaos force and we’ve seen sonic use chaos control so we know it’s just not limited in to shadow so who’s to say that knuckles also couldn’t preform these abilities they bring up the lack of experience but in his chaos form he new inherently how to use all of them you forget how quick and adaptive of a learner knuckles is. the low ball on knuckles is extremely sad being how powerful he actually is you guys didn’t even bring up his hyper form a form which is stronger then a super form and one of if not the strongest form you can achieve in the sonic canon.
Shadow was made from Chaos Energy? Also, Chaos Control isn’t Shadow’s only move. Spear, Blast, Boost, Attack etc.
@@nithinshakthithiruppathi4028 being made from chaos isn’t the same as being intune with the chaos force. Technically every being in the sonic universe is made of chaos energy. It’s more of a hinderance to shadow because he needs the rings or he will literally die. And those moves fall under the same category as control i was just using control as an example

One thing I should have realised from the get go: Shadow is literally able to fight one half of a god!! Don’t even get me started on him surviving Mephiles’ attacks as assuming the literal half of a god himself was not holding back at all here, Shadow basically can tank nearly anything Knuckles throws at him. That is assuming Mephiles was not holding back, though either way in my opinion Knuckles vs Shadow is a losing battle for the man who loses the master emerald on a daily basis. Shadow has access to chaos energy (or magic in Archie Comics pre-genesis wave) which allows him to do a lot of things, specifically manipulate time to allow to “teleport” which he can do himself or even create orbs of energy that can act as mines to trap opponents. This is not even mentioning that he can even take his inhibitor rings off to use his full potential. Like I said either way Knuckles won’t be chuckling any longer
Knuckles wins the fight due to better control of chaos and tune to the chaos force the only thing shadow holds over knuckles is speed knuckles claps shadow and we can debate 🚶♂️
@@lamenoise8158No, I am sorry. Shadow has IQ, BIQ, skills, reflexes, AP, DP, Stamina, Endurance, durability etc. Knuckles got Strength, combat and that is it. Both of them have abilities and hax.
@@nithinshakthithiruppathi4028 knuckles actually takes iq even though he wasn’t that socially aware knuckles is actually incredibly smart, and battle iq goes to knuckles as well he literally lead a whole regime for years while sonic was gone + the training to be the guardian of the master emerald with him knowing multiple combat styles. He takes experience as he’s been around longer then shadow and has been doing more along side him as shadow only wakes up in sa2. Durability goes to knuckles as he tanked hits from a chaos infused with all the chaos emeralds and not only that chaos being the god who powered the chaos emerald. He takes DP because it’s canonically stated knuckles is as strong as sonic is fast and also Carries greater strength feats. like casually lifting objects triple his size & weight and knocking sonic out of his super form in base also it being stated he is the strongest character in the sonic team which plays into destructive power. AP goes to knuckles him being an echidna and having better control and output of chaos. Reflexes can go to shadow as he is faster but not by much. Obviously his endurance and stamina is better him living on angel island in the sky where oxygen is thinner and him standing throughout the harsh weather condition that angel island can bring without moving an inch from the emerald. I’m sorry to tell you but shadow isn’t that special he’s just a faker and even if you want to compare forms knuckles has a hyper form shadow does not hyper knuckles absolutely smacks everyone in the verse except for hyper sonic. Checkmate your move🚶♂️
@@lamenoise8158 Shadow has an IQ of 210. Battle IQ is when someone exploits your opponent’s weaknesses, Shadow is known for that. Also, Knuckles’ made a stupid decision by infiltrating Metropolis and killed 80% of the Resistance. Endurance Shadow has he has tanked hits from Mephiles, durability Shadow as he has tanked hits from an amped up Sonic in Generations, and escaped Infinite’s virtual reality. He has infinite stamina. AP as his speed can multiply his strength, and he has a good amount of strength too. DP Chaos Blast.
@@nithinshakthithiruppathi4028 knuckles has an iq of 300battle iq is not just manipulating or exploiting your opponent it’s multiple factors like combat training and sense and ability in a fight which knuckles has more of. Chaos is more powerful then mephiles due to the chaos emeralds. Shadow has also been knocked out by base sonic. Escaping Infinite’s virtual reality wasn’t much of a feat literally any sonic character could do it 💀. Where is it stated he has infinite stamina. Regardless of the multiplier knuckles is still stronger because his strength is scaled to Sonic’s speed. Like I said knuckles has better control and output of chaos.

In my opinion shadow is stronger and faster than knuckles but I think knuckles strength can harm shadow. I think knuckles would have a hard time landing a punch on shadow but if he did land a hit shadow would get hurt.
