Listening to this song brought me so many memories. I sang it while I was in high school in front of the whole school, to me it was memorable. I love that it has the music sheets, that’s how I learned it back then. ❤️🎼🎹🎤

I started to be interested in the musical after watching that recent movie. Not a musical Fan in general, but I can See why Cats has lasted this long. Especially this song, it has so much meaning, like an anthem for outsiders, down on their luck, frowned upon by society, life almost over, only wanting to be touched. I can relate to that
I had an experience with this one, Somebody asked to me for using "Jellicle Ball" as an action soundtrack for some video work. Many years after that, I didn't imagine Memory was something belonging to the same musical. They are so contrasting, but it's interesting they have a lot of music in common.
