Revisiting the classic Disney piece that everybody knows and loves. The opening theme that contributes to one of the best movie intros of all time, in my opinion. A song especially nostalgic for me, and I'm sure for many others as well. Here's my piano solo of "Circle Of Life" from Disney's "The Lion King", composed by Elton John.

This is really great playing. Seriously wonderful. I'm curious though... Was it your decision to take out the "money" chord at 2:20, or was that what was written on the sheet music? It's such a beautiful chord progression I can't imagine why anyone would want to alter the original

My soon-to-be sister in law has sent me this video and asked me to play it at her wedding as she walks down the aisle. I'm old fashioned and grew up with sheet music - i can't really watch and copy - do you have the sheet music for this version at all? I'm struggling to find it. Any suggestions appreciated.

That's cool! Something you could do to make it better is playing another note with the melody to create harmony with the main theme

harmony is wrong
why?! im 13 years old and I know how to play the piano since I was 5 years old and for me that was grate
It's not just about it sounding great, it's also about respecting the composer's intention in writing the peice. I agree this sounded awesome, but if the harmony is indeed wrong, then it's technically not the exact same song. Yet again, I don't think anyone will want to do the required dictation to find out if there were mistakes in this interpretation of the song :P
True but after it mellows done it seems to get better melody or atleast in my opinnion
