- I'd be lying if I said I knew what the Jacksonville Jaguars will do on Draft night. But I do know that I wouldn't be surprised if it was a surprise pick at a position that doesn't require an immediate starter. One I like is FSU EDGE Jared Verse.

The best office of all option to build a Office around with a coach who has a tight in philosophy in an office, where the slot is the number one receiver. I’m A FSU fan & I can say I’m a little bias… I want them to get at least 1 player from the team… we have straight dawgs in the Draft from Verse, Fiske, Green, & Coleman.

Tkony hey, just had an idea what if we traded back out of the first round. And pick up to like 2 extra second round picks and another third so instead of 2 picks in the top 75 we get like 5 since the draft is so deep a lot of talent is right there.

Tyson Campbell - (Coming of a bad season and injuries) Should be better but you never know
Ronald Darby - not going to get elite play anymore on the old side and small
Montaric Brown - Young should get a little better but still a would be a back up on most teams as of right now
Antonio Johnson - Should improve but hardly any starting experience and still is the quality of a back up as of right now
Allen, Walker and Armstead and Hamilton or Roy Robertson is a much stronger unit and you have Lacy and Yasir still
Everydayer. I sure hope if they get Verse it doesn't mean the end of my Kentucky connection in Josh Allen :(. Since Marlon McCree was always wanting a decent Wildcat on my Jags then we got a HELL of a one in Josh Allen. If we can't resign him I will be upset.

My latest mock. I traded up and got Nabers at #8, TJ Tampa at 48, Sedrick Van Pran at 96, Dewayne Carter at 114, traded i116 and a round 5 for 121 and 136. Took Austin Booker at 121, and Javon Foster at 136, then Tykee Smith at 153 in a 5 round mock. I traded next year's 1st and 4th with pick 17 for pick #8 to get nabers. What you think Tony?

I agree. Since it's becoming obvious they're not signing Josh Allen and if they can't even find a trade partner to unload him then keep him on the franchise tag and draft the next guy. Jared Verse or Dallas Turner would be that guy and one of em could indeed fall to 17. Like the Panthers with Brian Burns.
Yea but they need to start thi king about Trevor and not the defense all the time. Get that man some help. Before he says screw it and decides not to resign with the jags and goes somewhere that actually will get him some weapons and oline help.
And Washington is apparently interested in trading for Josh Allen and sending us pick 36 for him i say send him use 17 and next years 1st to get nabers or Rome. Then grab a cb like ER for mizz or a top tackle. Then grab Jonah Ellis from Utah in 2nd or 3rd. I saw verse nkt fair well against a few top tackles last year.
I would HATE drafting Jared Verse in round 1. Only Super Bowl teams should pick rotational players that high in the draft. We have real needs at starting positions. Our offense lacks weapons and we have the worst WR room in the division. If we go into the season with Christian Kirk as our #1 WR, we will finish no better than 3rd in the division.
We're not gonna win the division anyways my man. Plus, Verse would cushion the blow for when we inexplicably let Allen walk after this season. It's a moot point though as he won't last to pick 17.

Yea and leave the offense in shambles. Why draft a star qb and never draft him any real weapons or get him any top offensive line help. Even the jets do more for their qb than we do. If I was Trevor if walk if they don't get him and Oline or Wr1 with the 1st pick. Bc he has been running for his life since he got to Jacksonville.
Don't get me wrong I love a strong Defense and would agree if our Oline was better and we had signed a true #1 wr for Trevor in FA

I like it Wigg but my thing is .. if we are going that route we need to draft 2 edge players high just in case Verese is a bust.
