Sopa de tortilla

Está receta es originaria de el estado de Tlaxcala, pero es muy popular en todo el país. También la puedes acompañar con aguacate o con crema. Para prepararla necesitas:
3 piezas de chile pasilla sin semillas
6 jitomates
1 litro de caldo de pollo o verduras
2 ramitas de epazote
1 cda de aceite vegetal
200 gm de queso fresco en cubos
1 chile pasilla frito y cortado en cubos
3 1/2 tazas de tortillas de maíz cortadas y fritas

3 pieces of pasilla chili without seeds
6 tomatoes
1 liter of chicken or vegetable broth
2 sprigs of epazote
1 tbsp vegetable oil
200 gm fresh cheese, cubed
1 pasilla chili fried and cut into strips
3 1/2 cups corn tortillas, cut into strips and fried
