First go shave your head it will clean all your dandruff I am 19 btw and I am facing it since 3 years yesterday I first time went to dr he said eat high protein diet, and gave me vitamins and a hair serum a lotion and some seed extracts tablets for a whole month, he said only 10% growth is possible everytime and also depends on person to person, also he can only stop hairfall not re growth it but he will check after a month or I will have to go through PRP therapy so yeah :)

@@aditya-m7m2b the thing is if I start having those then I won't be able to stop them because if you stop them after using them for some time then you will again start losing hair and this time it will be more and faster hairfall that is why I am giving something else a try for some months or prp therapy it's a procedure in which a small amount of blood is taken from the user's body and then they split the platelets from it to make a serum and then they inject it in my head in various spots , as they are using my own blood so there is no chemical or allergic reaction - this will be my last try after these medicines or else obviously I'll eat those minoxidil too
