Oh boy! I had a negative interaction with someone yesterday whose energy is spiky and intense and reactive and very self centered (Not a bad person, but someone whose energy is completely out of control/spills onto everyone she comes in contact with) ... I was so thrown by it, pushed off my center of gravity... it left me discombobulated (as I was NOT expecting to see her and thus unprepared). You have a gift for this. I was skeptical when I saw the title, but figured I’d click anyways to see how someone would even attempt to do reiki through a screen. Now 15 minutes later I can’t remember the last time I’ve felt this light-like a massive weight has been removed from my chest.
This is real. I've never felt the way I feel today. I don't even know what to say. The whole house came into this light. I had my eyes closed and when I opened them, everything was so bright! I seen things when exhaling and felt so heavy at the beginning, but then I felt my spirit get rid of that heaviness. I pick up everything also. Sometimes I can't stand it. Being an empath feels like a curse. Even as a child I would ask God why I am this thing that I am.
It helps me to remember that l am a conduit, not a vessel. I may carry things for a bit, but ultimately their soul contract requires and implements the moving on. I won’t judge how long it may take, but l do constantly verbally send out the reminder that if they fight leaving, whoever they may be, they are only adding interest to their energetic iniquity. I trust in the abundance of unconditional love that l can do my job as l was contracted, and l am patient, but, that which is above/ greater than l has final say in all matters. Lol l want that no one can ever say Well nobody told me, how was l to know? I will say that help from people like Michael aid beautifully in the clean-up after they’re gone. Like the cleaning crew that comes in after an airplane or train unloads at the end of the run. And some go-rounds are absolute garbage pits to be sure. I don't know why, but I cried. I've been living with so much fear for such a long time, diagnosed with major depression and anxiety. For the first time, I felt the feeling of being protected. It is so calming, and for the whole 14 minutes, I felt like I was a child hiding behind a guardian's back because I knew that guardian was protecting me. My mother yesterday went full insane. She always used me as a scapegoat. But that was new to me. She literally told that I am the biggest problem in her life. I haven't seen her in person since years. How can I be the biggest problem? Her mother, my grandmother, is getting weak, she is old. And her job canceled her, put her into pension / out of work because of too old. She is seeing her runaway-mechanisms fail. Her mother is fading, a person she always told was a big problem for her. And the job where she ran from any problem into overworking there, is also gone. Hearing her voice yesterday was spooky. One could hear her desperately but evil energy vampirism at work. Like a demon speaking out of her. Insane. But I try to see it as a compliment. Shows me how far it already is with the freeing of humanity. Three minutes in I started crying. I feel like I constantly let other people emotions, vibes and feelings into my space, which literally drain, torture and drive me crazy by overthinking. It is about a year I have been practicing yoga, but still, I seem to have those good days and then the same amount of those super tired burnt out, no motivation days as well. Never practiced much meditation, only starting into breathwork... Reiki is very new to me, but every time i use my hands, I feel a strong vibration, everything suddenly lights up, from goosebumps to my inner fire.. It has always been a mystery, what do I do with this.. Well, now I foind Your video, and the moment you said speak out loud, write down what you're letting go... I said it is time to let go of other people's negativity, my autopilot day to day life which has made me numb, my sadness.. Another intense cry there...I definitely need to heal. After this tiny session, my mind feels light and clear, my heart got lighter and suddenly, I feel happy to face my chores, not overwhelmed or depressed. Definitely, will practice this daily. I am going through some of the worst struggles of my life currently. Please send reiki healing for my beloved dog rosco to fully restore his health and create healing miracles for his body and mind. May his doctors and nurses witness his miraculous healing! Please Michael. He is in critical condition at the emergency vet. I am also battling a court custody case (my 5yr old daughter lives with me) and being forced to move all at the same time as these vet bills, lawyer fees etc. I can't do this all on my own. I had a negative interaction with someone yesterday whose energy is spiky and intense and reactive and very self centered (Not a bad person, but someone whose energy is completely out of control/spills onto everyone she comes in contact with) ... I was so thrown by it, pushed off my center of gravity... it left me discombobulated (as I was NOT expecting to see her and thus unprepared). Then had a minor negative experience with someone else today. So, I REALLY NEEDED THIS!!! Thank you SO MUCH!!! This has really helped me. It helps me to remember that l am a conduit, not a vessel. I may carry things for a bit, but ultimately their soul contract requires and implements the moving on. I won’t judge how long it may take, but l do constantly verbally send out the reminder that if they fight leaving, whoever they may be, they are only adding interest to their energetic iniquity. I trust in the abundance of unconditional love that l can do my job as l was contracted, and l am patient, but, that which is above/ greater than l has final say in all matters. Lol l want that no one can ever say Well nobody told me, how was l to know?
I will say that help from people like Michael aid beautifully in the clean-up after they’re gone. Like the cleaning crew that comes in after an airplane or train unloads at the end of the run. And some go-rounds are absolute garbage pits to be sure.

I don't know why, but I cried. I've been living with so much fear for such a long time, diagnosed with major depression and anxiety. For the first time, I felt the feeling of being protected. My mother yesterday went full insane. She always used me as a scapegoat. But that was new to me. She literally told that I am the biggest problem in her life. I haven't seen her in person since years. How can I be the biggest problem? Her mother, my grandmother, is getting weak, she is old. And her job canceled her, put her into pension / out of work because of too old. She is seeing her runaway-mechanisms fail. Her mother is fading, a person she always told was a big problem for her. And the job where she ran from any problem into overworking there, is also gone. Hearing her voice yesterday was spooky. One could hear her desperately but evil energy vampirism at work. Like a demon speaking out of her. Insane. But I try to see it as a compliment. Shows me how far it already is with the freeing of humanity. And shows me that I personally must be a big deal in this freeing of humanity from the oppressors kind of thing. She hates me. She is jealous. I want all that evil energy back to the sender. look up the runes 'Thurisaz' and 'Algiz' copy those in smoke and copy them with paint or a pen around your house. if you need they can be high up or out of sight so people don't think you're crazy lol.

Three minutes in I started crying. I feel like I constantly let other people emotions, vibes and feelings into my space, which literally drain, torture and drive me crazy by overthinking. It is about a year I have been practicing yoga, but still, I seem to have those good days and then the same amount of those super tired burnt out, no motivation days as well. Never practiced much meditation, only starting into breathwork... Reiki is very new to me, but every time i use my hands, I feel a strong vibration, everything suddenly lights up, from goosebumps to my inner fire.. It has always been a mystery, what do I do with this.. Well, now I foind Your video, and the moment you said speak out loud, write down what you're letting go... I said it is time to let go of other people's negativity, my autopilot day to day life which has made me numb, my sadness.. Another intense cry there...I definitely need to heal. After this tiny session, my mind feels light and clear, my heart got lighter and suddenly, I feel happy to face my chores, not overwhelmed or depressed. Definitely, will practice this daily. Thank you so much for your kindness. ❤

I am going through some of the worst struggles of my life currently. Please send reiki healing for my beloved dog rosco to fully restore his health and create healing miracles for his body and mind. May his doctors and nurses witness his miraculous healing! Please Michael. He is in critical condition at the emergency vet. I am also battling a court custody case (my 5yr old daughter lives with me) and being forced to move all at the same time as these vet bills, lawyer fees etc. I can't do this all on my own. This is a financial burden and emotional struggle to stay positive and have full faith. Please send healing energy to my dog rosco so he may come home to me. I may move effortlessly into a new beautiful home and all court violations against me be dropped. Ty for any help with this!
