  • This is me playing whatever came to my fingers on my guitar. Some parts of the riffs are totally random, the others are riffs that I'm currently working on. There is a chance that you will be able to hear some of them later in my other videos as parts of my metal covers or my own songs.
My camera stopped recording after 8:37 so I did a second take. Sorry for that.
    Tuning: Drop C#
Tell me in the comment section below what you like more, my cover videos that I record usually or just random metal riffing. If you are new here and you have no idea what the hell I'm talking about, just check out my metal covers playlist and don't forget to subscribe! • Metal Covers

I am currently using this tuning with a 12/56 strings set and i think that it must be my setup on the amp, because it sounds heavier than yours! 😮

Could be many things man. String gauge, picking technique, pickups, amp, amp settings, cab, mic placement, postprocessing. It's hard to judge a guitar sound by itself, the question is how does it sound in a full mix.

I use a peavey vypyr combo, triple xxx simulator pre set that I tweaked a lot (😂), Ernie Ball slinkys cobalt 12/56 gauge, dragon's heart picks, Ibanez stock active pickups lz.

The pick I use is actually made of a polymer that makes every note ring and I have cobalt strings, they're almost jazz strjngs, very thick and glassy

Oh shut up. I can't stand how people like you get on the guitar videos telling people what their playing is missing.

Luke Towner exactly. I totally agree. I had a friend that use to constantly criticize my style of playing and said I needed to change this and that. Well guess what, we ain’t friends no more and he’s a meth head on top of that now.
