I live close to the proposed site and I can't really see much stopping it from happening even with the residents on Manor Road that live close to the site. They cannot find a better site than Kempston Hardwick to build this if it goes ahead. The travel links are already good, just needs to increase capacity when the time comes.
I truly hope that Universal gives this location some new IP…. Lord of the Rings would be Epic in its own right! You never know. Cheers from Universal Hollywood
