Noone can ever fault you for the effort and thought you put into your photos. Fellow photographers totally get the concept of going back over and over to get that shot that you have in your head. You are way more experienced than me so I cannot add anything to your critique but know you will keep going until you get the image you want. Another honest video :)

Mayby shoot it even later if you want the lantern to have more light on your face, but then again the getting focus is gonna be issue in the dark. Anyways nice pic, hate when you go to edit and you see your image is just out of focus. Next time.. and with that trident on your hand as well.😁

Agreed! I would love to shoot this all again! :) I think I may use a model next time!

This maybe me, but the high light from the bright spot in the sky reflected in the water beyond you is very distracting. I think the lantern would be brighter if that highlight wasn't there. I like the portraits of the firefighters, they turned out great.

Thank you, Max and yes I agree! The more I stare at it, the more I find the backlight distracting.

When I first saw the image, I thought you somehow got a funnel of water under the lantern. I'm not keen on the lightness behind you compared to the overall scene

@@matthewhenry6281 Yes I agree with you. The more I stare at the backlighting the more I find it very distracting!

I don’t think the lantern makes sense in this shot, that said you made another honest and interesting video. Thank you 😊

Yea I hear what you are sayin. I think maybe if you could actually see the light more it would look much better! Thanks for watching and I hope you are doing well my friend :)
