200 g Oreo cookies = 0.44 lb
70g butter = 0.15 pounds
Shape 18x18 centimeters (7x7 inches)
300g chocolate = 0.66lb
600g cream cheese = 1.32 pounds
100 g cream = 0.22 lb
50 g condensed milk = 0.11 lb
130 g cream = 0.29 lb
100g chocolate = 0.22 pounds

I would love to see someone make this dessert in 5 minutes! It would take me about 20 minutes just to crush the cookies!
With something like a vitamix, the cookies would take less than a two minutes to deal with. The more time consuming thing would be waiting for the water to heat up in a double broiler, to avoid burning the chocolate. Main thing is the type of chocolate used. Probably want to go high quality, to avoid any bitter taste. Don't have a lot of options for baking chocolate where I'm at, so I'd say Ghirardelli would be good.
I honestly would just use a bender or food processor to crush the oreos. I would also use the blender or food processor to mix the sweetened condensed milk and cream cheese. That'll make the whole process faster.
Unwrapping of ingredients will take longer than 5 minutes.

I'm from New Zealand. I like the way you already put the mould on the serving plate as I sometimes find that my cheesecakes don't look as yummy when it is still sitting on the base of the cake pan/sprongfoam pan. Also the way you put baking paper around it to catch the extra chocolate. :)

And I would personally add Dulce de Leche too on top of that choco cream before putting the melted chocolate and milk!
